„Can't say enough about ALL the staff! Seriously, all of them. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate and happily doing it. Suite was appointed beautifully and exceeded our needs. Reverse Osmosis water and ice available on every floor. Complimentary cold, bottled water, morning coffee & tea, afternoon refreshments, WSJ. A lot of little touches that add up to make a big difference, but again, the staff was amazing! “

„This was a wonderful, last minute stay for us. The hotel is fairly new but it exudes a 1920's art deco charm. The food in the hotel restaurant, Lumiosa, is exquisite, and the rooftop bar has three separate patios plus interior climate-controlled seating. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and the bathroom has plenty of shelving space. The staff is outstanding. Each of the employees that we came in contact with, be it the host, servers, valet, reception or cleaners, were exceptionally ...

„Tolles Hotel, sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Fühlt sich gar nicht nach Hotel an, sondern nach eigener Wohnung. Beim nächsten Mal werde ich allerdings nach einem Zimmer im 3rd floor (oberstes Stockwerk)fragen. Dadurch dass es sich um einen Altbau handelt ist die Trittschalldämmung nicht besonders gut.“

„The hotel is located right in the heart of the city and we were able to walk to all places. Asheville is a beautiful town filled with local businesses. Biltmore Estate is only a 5 minutes car ride. The car park next to the hotel was 20,-$ per day which is a good price for the location. Everybody at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. “
