It was close to The Martin Center where we went for a concert, the price was decent, but there was no hot water in the morning to shower. There was hot water in the sink, but not the tub. I told the guy at the front desk, and he asked if we had turned the handle both ways. I asked him, so your handles are backwards? I asked for money back. He said he'd put $10 back on my credit card. We shall see.

i do apologized for inconvenience. i have put back 10 on your card. it might take few days to see it. I have went in that room to check right away. hot water was working well and handle was not backward. bottom right was hot and middle was mix and top right was cold. you can call front desk for help if anything. we always willing to help with any issue. The man that works the front desk is rude. I’ve stayed here a few times, but this will be my last. Baby roaches, something is crawling in the bed biting, the towels will make you itch. I preferred going the cheap route with hotels to save and i learned my lesson they will not get another dime

The room on-line versus staying are not the same. The room smelled awful and was not clean. A person on the property tried to sell us a TV and had been run on the property several times. I was not comfortable and will not stay again if I'm in this area.

Like that I could get a room, last minute on Christmas Day. Did not like the customer service, he was on his phone the entire time, verily acknowledged me, seemed annoyed. Shower was stained black, shower curtains were stained as well. Blankets had cigarette burn marks in them. There was stuff left in the room from a previous guest. They had no breakfast or drinks available. Ice machine was broke. Drink machine only took quarters & when I gave the guy $5, he gave me back $4 on quarters & the machine kept $1 without giving me a drink. Floors were rotting, you can feel the holes while walking down the hall. The place was a really old ugly orange & brown, very outdated.

My stay
My stay was pleasant except for when I asked for a roll away bed for my son. I was told to give them a hour but I never heard back from anyone and never had the bed sent to the room. So it was a little uncomfortable for my son.

We're sorry you were unhappy - we'll work hard to fix the issue you experienced. Thanks for letting us know. we did call the room twice but no one picked up the phone. If you had put in reservation that you had more guests in your room with roll away bed request then we could have pull roll away bed in advance. I do apolozied for your experience and i have talked to staff about it so in future, we can take care of it right away.

Great front desk service
We had 2 rooms for the weekend, it was a weekend getaway for our family! The rooms were right next to each other as I requested and the front desk staff were so friendly and helpful! We will be back in December and we will most defiantly stay at the Super 8 again.

Rip off they steal ur money
The website didn’t say anything about deposits for pets and I put my dogs in the room and was going to get the suitcases out and the jerk said we are charging u for pets after I already signed long story short I paid lost my money and wasn’t issued a refund or apology

The area scared me. The clientele was questionable. Also I was told I would be charged $20 for my small dog and $25 for my large dog per night. Expedia shows it to be $15 per dog per night. I was disappointed in the discrepancy. I think because of the hotel next time I will pay more for my dogs and feel safer with my stay.

The room was a smoking room, but it smelled as if it had not been occupied since our last stay in it. The Front Desk was prompt in fixing our issue with the TV and the dirty towels. Put the DND sign on the door Saturday. Sunday needed service so we took the sign off when we left out. Came back to the room the same as when we left out. The flooring is beautiful, and a nice picture hangs over the bed. But the furniture needs replacing as the bedside table fell apart when I put the remote down. The curtains are water and smoked damaged. It has a needs to be remodeled scent to it.

Don't waste your time
I was checked in by the manager. What a nice man. Went to my room and was pleasantly surprised by new vinyl plank flooring. I laid down to rest after traveling and made sure my door was secure and locked. Someone, never saw the woman, walked in my room, said oh excuse me and walked out. I went to the desk and asked about the security hasp they have on the doors. Mine was missing the hook part. The manager searched for one while I went to dinner with a friend, which was my reason for staying at this motel again. I have stayed 3 other nights and should have known better. When I returned from dinner the piece still was not on my door. I went to the front desk and the owner was there. He said they now have a different lock so the manager walked me to my room to show me. I thanked him and he left. Upon trying the lock it would not engage so back to the desk I went. Only to be told by the owner no one walked in my room that he and I were the only ones to have a key and that I was perfectly safe and not to worry. If anything should happen just scream. I was exhausted because it was now almost 10 pm. I went back to the room and attempted to sleep. I woke every hour and finally got up at 5. I figured I would have a cup of coffee and found they only had decaf. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I will pay more to stay somewhere else next time. The owner never accepts responsibility for anything wrong at this motel.

The outside looked as if it was very well kept. I did not like the smoking rooms as the covers all had holes the floors were nasty the refrigerator was leaking and dirty and the microwave was dirty. There was a ring of dirt in the tub and the door looked as if it had stuff running down. The bed was not a king but advertised as one. It smelled worse than smoke. The bath rags were dingy and the room furniture appeared as if it was made. The pictures did not match the room. I was awakened by a child or children running and stomping above my room. I only stayed one night out of my three and I went to a different hotel. I also have photos to back up everything.
