The staff went over and beyond to make us comfortable and helped with all sight seeing arrangements. Restaurant accommodated us with all our requests. Food was very fresh and good. Quiet, peaceful, we left rejuvenated. Thanks to all the staff“

„The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel amenities are very efficient and effective, and the view of the mountains from the top two floors - is just fantastic. Had a bit of a medical emergency, and the hotel had no immediate response. They did not know how to call a doctor, but they did provide a car to take me to the hospital next-door but did not offer the car service to come back.“

„We stayed for one night at the Central Heritage in Darjeeling, our last night before returning to Germany. For the price, we expected better. The room was very dirty, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was very stale and not tasty. Staff was very inefficient. This would all be OK if it was a budget priced hotel but at the price we paid we definetely were dissapointed. If you are budgeting for a 3-4 star hotel stay somewhere else.“
