The condo is conveniently located near everything the High Country has to offer and is a short drive or bus ride to many area restaurants, bars, and shops. The condo is also just across the street from the Rec Path. There is a free shuttle bus stop nearby that will take you to many Summit County destinations, including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain resorts.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8, with three queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa. The unit is less than 10 minutes from world-class skiing at Keystone and has beautiful views of Lake Dillon and the Gore Mountain Range. There are two private outdoor areas and a private grill. Inside this great property, you will find vaulted ceilings in the main living area and a wood-burning fireplace.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a storage bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. From there, you enter the full kitchen with granite countertops and a perfect breakfast area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a home-cooked meal for the entire group. The breakfast table comfortably seats four, and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. This home is equipped with a regular drip coffee maker.

Head upstairs to the dining area that seats six and offers beautiful views through the French doors. This main living area features plenty of comfortable seating, vaulted ceilings, a flat-screen TV, a wood-burning fireplace, and a queen sleeper sofa. Just off the living area is access to the balcony, where you will find amazing views of Dillon Bay and the Gore Mountain Range. There is an electric grill for additional cooking options.

Upstairs is the master suite. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. The en suite bathroom offers a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. Downstairs, on the basement level, are two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and its own private patio with the same beautiful views as the balcony and access to green space. The second guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a television. There is a full bathroom with a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. The private washer and dryer are also on this level.

Great location

Communication and our check in process was great. Overall, the stay was a good one and close to the ski resort, and a great location to restaurants and stores. A few things need attention: carpet was very dirty and the shower curtain upstairs needs to be replaced for a new one. Cookware needs to be replaced and the hot water was not staying hot very long. Property was ok except for a few issues such as master bath was dirty, we had major plumbing issues for two days and we were finally moved to a new location. The location was great for the kids to ski Keystone.

Nice condo in Dillon

Great location. Comfortable, rustic condo. Check-in process was super easy and didn't require picking up a key or interacting with anyone. Location is good with nice views of Lake Dillon / conveniently located between Downtown Dillon and Keystone.

Stunning View from this Ski Town Rental

Super convenient access to main roads to ski resorts for this rental that featured tons of space for our group, and had stunning views of Lake Dillon. The views of the lake and mountain were definitely the best part of the space. Clean, spacious, and cared for home with amenities. The home showed some signs of ageing/being a rental, such as a torn bed skirt in a bedroom, and the oven taking a solid 30 minutes to preheat but those can be fixed quickly. It was great having a washer/dryer in the unit for cleaning towels, and drying damp gear. Access to the community pool, hot tub & clubhouse was nice for relaxing after spending the day on the slopes. The hot tub jets didn't turn on/stay on, as selecting any button on the tub, would cause the electrical breaker to flip. Nor did the Sauna seem to turn on/heat up. We settled for enjoying the hot water without jets. Would happily return especially if the hot tub jets are up & running, or if visiting in summer and want to cool off in the pool.

Property nice, could have use a few more cooking items. Crockpot was too small as an example. Also two of the three bedrooms could have used a dresser or something to put clothes in. Lighting was so - so in bedrooms.

Great stay! We visited with a group of friends to ski over New Years. About 15-20 minutes from both Copper and A-Basin which was perfect for us. Home comfortably fit 8 of us and accommodated our needs for this trip!

Needs updating and really vertical

Older townhome with multiple levels and no bathrooms on main levels. The furnishings are dated and the carpet is uggh. The mattresses are extremely soft and the 2 bathrooms are older. You are also right on the hey but nice view. Update this and your rentals would be stronger.

Great Space for Kids

We had two sets of twins under two! The property manager was able to provide packnplays, the two bathrooms with tubs were instrumental to our survival and the large eating space was great. Only issue was the deck space: not safe for kids as they can fit through railings and the railing by post was a bit loose. Other than that, a great location with eqsy access to Breckenridge, Dillon and Silverthorne. Also, the reservoir had a nice beach area for the kids to play on/explore!

Great location with a gorgeous view. I visited with some friends for a ski trip in late January. Close enough to town yet perfectly distanced at the same time. Very spacious 4 levels with plenty of room for larger groups. Would stay at again and again and again!
