Great location leading onto beach, though view on ground floor was obscured. A little noisy at times but not a big problem. Very hospitable staff.

Great Personal Service
The service was excellent and personal. The hotel was small, but quaint. The rooms were clean. We loved the wine and cheese hour and the fresh baked cookies at 8pm. They also offered free use of beach chairs. Great service!

The Atlantic View Hotel is a hidden gem! Great sunrise views from the 4th floor deck in a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. The complimentary chocolate chip cookies at night were delicious as was the morning breakfast buffet. There are quite a few places to eat or drink within walking distance.

The overall cleanliness of this hotel was a huge plus with extra towels & face cloths provided. The HH with wine, a variety of cheeses, and tasty cracker assortment was appreciated as well as the freshly baked cookies in the evening! Enjoyed the great breakfast selection that included fresh personal size quiches, tasty yogurt with an assortment of condiments as well as good coffee & teas!

The staff here is so friendly! It was our first time staying and it felt like we were regulars. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the location, parking, and access to the beach! There were some loud families during our stay, but that's my only complaint. :)

Fire the manager!
Service was amazing and the stay was very nice until about an hour before we were about to leave. There was a knock on our door and a manager was there accusing us of smoking in the room. We don't smoke. Then she accused us of smoking pot and burning incense. We were not. She said people had complained about us, even though we had not had any contact with other guests on our floor. It was quite disconcerting. After she finished her accusations and saw that our room had no such odor, she left without an apology. We won't be back!

Just know there are no elevators. Not a problem for us, but saw some struggling with luggage up the stairs Staff is above and beyond wonderful! Very conveniently located It’s an older place, but they make the most of the location

Wanted to love it-
I stay in a lot of hotels and most of the time I use reviews to Sway my decision. If any reviews say anything about being able to hear the neighbors/ above- below- hallway- or next door I stay clear. Well this hotel was cute, despite the typical moldy beach smells and dampness you might get when you first arrive and then the A/C on, this isn’t the reason I am writing this review. I could hear footsteps/ talking/ and the players Watching Cops until 3 am above me/ at 4 am I heard someone in the hallway, clear as day, sounding like they were in my room. I give 3/5 stars for this hotel because everything else was great. Cleanliness was what I expect and bed comfort was great.

Customer service was amazing. I arrived 3 hours prior to check in and my room was already prepared. Staff gave excellent information regarding food and nightlife. Will be Staying here again.

Favorite hotel in my favorite Beach town!
I love Atlantic View Hotel! The staff is over the top, the amenities are wonderful and the location is perfect! Enjoy a delightful breakfast, a happy hour AND fresh baked cookies everyday! Towels and beach chairs are provided, saving room in my car or suit case! Shout out to all the desk staff! We'll be back!

The property is very nice and located on the beach. Beach is not crowded. Walk to stores, restaurants and more. Staff is super friendly, Mary and Jason especially. Awesome breakfast included along with wine and cheese at 5 and fresh baked cookies at 8. Really nice treat
