„Staff friendly, breakfast super, Restaurant very good, location is as you know it from Harry Potter scenes. Lacock has a lot of old fashion houses and shops. I don't know how the System is working to decide 4****. Each 50ty years of existing they get one star? But I really can't see a difference between different hotels.“

„Loveli“

„The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was mostly OK, but the carpet had a hole in it and didn't quite reach the edge of the room, and I'm afraid I was rather put off by a long dark hair lying on top of the white pillow when I arrived. I would have appreciated the one cup in the room being replaced with a clean one after the first night. „Great breakfast“

„We had a fantastic stay here in one of the new deluxe rooms. The room was incredibly comfortable, very well furnished and spotlessly clean with a large bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of hot dishes (special praise for the eggs benedict) alongside fruit juices, pastries, yogurt etc. We also had an evening meal in the pub which was again very nice. The pub is conveniently located a few minutes from the Bath park and ride. We'd ...

„Due to age of building plus isolation it had some unique qualities but the staff were all lovely and the stay was enjoyable.“

„refreshingly different menu. breakfast was fine, but not a fan of soda bread“

„We were very disappointed. Lack of maintenance meant room was very poor. Room was vvv cold, we were given an extra duvet. Windows didn't shut properly. Bedside lamp didn't work. Shower head not fixed to wall. Room was small but we expected that.“

„Wunderbare Atmosphäre, sehr saubere Zimmer und wahnsinnig gutes Essen! Perfekt für eine Reise durch Cotswolds“
