The space
This is a lower-level duplex unit. Guest have their own private entrance at the front door, parking is on the street in front of the home. The driveway is only used for the upper-level guest.
We love this neighborhood, all the neighbors are welcoming and helpful. The neighborhood is a quiet and family-friendly community. You will find that many of the homes in this area have undergone impressive renovations.
