It is located behind a 24hr Planet Fitness location and the 696 expressway, allowing easy access to the surrounding neighborhoods.

This cozy, single story home is perfect for 2-4 guests that prefer the privacy of a Single Family Home and a spacious backyard.
You'll enjoy many amenities such as a fully fenced, 1/2 acre backyard, laundry room, outdoor fire pit, 2 Smart TV's, custom dining table with seating for 4, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Each bedroom features a Queen bed with luxury linens, premium towels, and blankets. The bedrooms each have a large closet and one room has a mounted Smart TV.

Our home is pet & kid friendly.

Any non-approved pets will incur a $500 fine, and failure to disclose pets may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.

This property is located in Warren, a clean & safe city. It is conveniently located near the 696 expressway, allowing quick access by vehicle anywhere in Metro Detroit.
It is famously known to be '15 min from everything'.
Within 15 minutes you can get to Downtown Detroit to enjoy a Red Wings game or 15 min to Royal Oak to visit the Detroit Zoo or 15 min to Lake St. Clair, enjoy one of Michigan's Great Lakes, and plenty of other landmarks nearby.

A Ring doorbell with a camera is installed at the front door for safety. It only monitors the exterior entryway and is active 24/7. There are no cameras inside the property, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $1000 fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
