Please note:
-This condo is on the first floor; above the parking garage. There is an elevator available.
-YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO STAY TO BOOK!!!!!!!
-If the primary guest will not be present at check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years old or older to check-in. Please inform your host in so we can notify the HOA and ensure proper access for your group.
-We do not hold keys to mailbox units and cannot guarantee the delivery of packages or mail during your stay. We highly recommend not sending mail or packages to the property.
-Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces. There is no assigned parking. All rental guests park around the perimeter of the property and display a parking pass on their dashboard. Guests cannot park under covered parking.
-If guests are receiving a delivery (such as DoorDash, pizza, Uber Eats, etc.), they need to wait downstairs in the lobby to receive their delivery outside the front door. No building door code should be given out.
-To secure a boat dock space, please contact us for more information. For trailer parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area. We will provide you with a list if needed.
