The living room has beautiful contemporary furnishings, a flatscreen TV, and newly updated flooring throughout. The dining table seats four and there are two bar stools for casual seating at the bar. The main bedroom has a king bed with gorgeous dark wood furniture, upscale bedding, and access to the main bathroom. The hall bunks are built-in and feature a top safety rail and custom bedding, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo as well as a Jack-and-Jill half-bathroom. The kitchen has cherry cabinets, upgraded granite countertops, terrific cookware, and full-size appliances for easy meal preparation. You'll enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer as well. When not on the beach, you can listen to your favorite music on the CD sound system for premium relaxation!

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
