Located on the second floor in one of the most peaceful spots in the complex, our condo overlooks the pond, fountain, and bridge area where ducks gather in the evenings and turtles can often be seen swimming near the patio. Start your mornings with coffee outside while listening to the fountain, or unwind after the beach with the calm water views and coastal atmosphere all around you.

Inside, the condo was designed to feel warm, memorable, and different from the typical beach rental. The living room features oversized surf artwork, layered coastal lighting, vibrant blue accents, and a one-of-a-kind surf-inspired coffee table that brings the whole space together. Every room was created with a fun, relaxing beach feel in mind — from the surf-themed decor to the sea-life details throughout the condo.

The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, soft coastal tones, and a calm retreat-like atmosphere perfect after long beach days. The kids’ room was designed to make family vacations feel special, with bunk beds, playful ocean decor, and a fun surf-inspired vibe kids will remember long after the trip ends.
