**PARKING**
The driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles, and our COMPLIMENTARY 6 passenger golf cart. Unfortunately, we do not offer parking for boats/trailers/RVs at this home. NO streetside or overnight public parking is available, so please plan accordingly before arrival!

**TINY TRAVELERS & PETS**
We are a family friendly home & include a pack and play, kids plastic dishes, cups, and silverware, a high chair, and baby stair gates for peace of mind (and saving room in your luggage for these must haves during your trip).
*We are pet friendly & allow up to 2 pets with a required pet fee. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets and emotional support animals are subject to pet fee, only ADA compliant service animals trained to perform a task are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed.


...Here's a brief walkthrough of our home, so you can begin dreaming of being here....

The front home is the larger of the two offering an entrance both onto Scenic 98 (the beach road) and a pool deck entrance. As you enter the front home, you'll walk directly into our gorgeous open concept living and dining area. Here you'll find a great space for relaxing on the sofa, a spacious table for meals, and full breakfast bar seating in the kitchen.
Our stunning kitchen offers all stainless appliances, gorgeous quartz countertops, dishes, silverware, cookware, bakeware, small appliances, and a Hamilton Beach Flexbrew for both standard coffee & Keurig lovers alike.
Directly off the kitchen area is a full sized bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The bunk room is also on the first floor, complete with Queen over Queen bunkbeds, with trundle beds under each bunk.
Our laundry room is located on the first floor as well, with a full sized washer and dryer for guest use.

Our second floor offers two master bedrooms, one to the left & one to the right. Each bedroom on this floor is spacious & offers a King sized bed with an en-suite bathroom in each.

The third floor is certainly one to see! A queen sleeper sofa in the entryway offers a little extra space to either relax and watch tv, or to accommodate additional guests if needed! There is a full bathroom, small wet bar with a wine fridge, sink, and microwave. This floor boasts a balcony overlooking the pool deck, as well as a small balcony directly off the King bedroom & the water views from here are breathtaking!

Our homes are joined by a pool deck filled with plenty of lounge chairs surrounding our pool, which has the option to be heated during your stay (inquire for pricing). All entryways to the pool are equipped with a child safety gate, so families can rest easy knowing that their little ones can't escape out the door & access the pool without help.
We offer a natural gas grill on the pool deck, so no need to worry about propane.
Tons of fun is sure to be had here with cornhole boards are provided for guest use, and an outdoor ping pong table ready for a rival game to be played!

Our back carriage home offers that extra added space for guests who prefer separate sleeping quarters during your trip. The first bedroom offers a queen sized bed, and a wet bar with a wine fridge! The second bedroom offers a King sized bed. Both bedrooms share a full sized bathroom in the center of the carriage home. Each bedroom offers a private entrance onto the small porch overlooking the pool deck.


The “CRYSTAL TOWER by the SEA” is conveniently located 20-30 minutes from the VPS airport(traffic permitting). It is also 15 minutes from major entertainment venues -The Boardwalk, the nationally acclaimed SanDestin Resort featuring “Baytowne Wharf” with over 30 restaurants and shops and the Silver Sands Outlets all approx. a 20-minute drive. You will also be within cruising distance to the “Scenic Hwy. 30A” and many other Destin hotspots. Boating, wave-runners, paddle-boarding, sunset dolphin cruises, and just about any amenity you can imagine are within moments of the Tower along with the finest fishing and charters in the Gulf of Mexico.

A vehicle is recommended for your trip but not entirely necessary if you plan to enjoy just the "beach house life." Most local destinations can be reached by golf cart, and we offer a FREE SIX PASSENGER GOLF CART exclusively for our guests. There is public beach access within walking distance, and many other beach access points along Scenic 98 that can easily be accessed by golf cart.

A few important details to keep in mind when booking our property:
-We do offer pool heating, but this amenity is NOT included in your stay. Please inquire for pricing unique to your trip dates.
-All linens (bed linens, towels, beach towels) are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the home. Do note that we supply a small courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry detergent and hand soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer trips, it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay.

We are always available for our guests anytime before and during your trip. It is highly encouraged to read our listing in detail for any questions about the space, location, and amenities. We ask, please, for NO text message communication as you will not receive a response. For more immediate needs and emergencies please place a phone call to Matthew (and be sure to know the logistics of your trip such as the dates and location). We can be reached most times of the day, but ask for no late night contact-we will do our absolute best to take care of any needs and questions as soon as they arise!
