This HOA community is perfectly situated for surfers, swimmers, and beach-goers, offering an outdoor pool on the grounds and a gated beach access staircase across the road. In the immediate area, you can tee off at the Emerald Bay Golf Club (two miles north), shop at Destin Commons (two miles northwest), or spend a beautiful morning at Henderson Beach State Park (three miles west).
Greet each breezy, balmy day outside on the main-floor deck, where a high-top table awaits your morning coffee, evening cocktails, and everything in between.
The main living space is polished and comfortable, centered around an elegant kitchen with richly hued cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a spacious dining area and a living room with a cable TV for after-dinner movies. The three bedrooms have their own TVs as well, including a primary suite with a private balcony and a guest room that opens to a patio downstairs. Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are on hand as well.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
