Guest Access:

Sunset Villa has a private deck and back courtyard, access to the soaking pool, patio, bbq and lakes at Yerxa Town, and all other areas of the ranch except for the yard behind the Grand Villa and the indoor swim spa, which are reserved for guests of the Grand Villa.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding desert and nearby towns like Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. The oasis ranch itself is expansive, with paths connecting the homes, soaking areas, lakes, and trails.



Other Things to Note:

The property includes lakes, ponds, and water features without barriers. Please supervise children carefully around water areas. A waiver and release of liability is required upon booking confirmation. Exterior security cameras are present at the front gate for your safety.
