"The Hay Loft" - Hot Tub - Game Room - Fire Pit - Office - Family FUN

Centrally located to Downtown Des Moines, sits our fully remodeled, 5 bedroom, 2 bath home that can sleep 14 guests.

The Hay Loft offers privacy for your large group, yet it's also close to everything that Des Moines has to offer!

Our amenities include: spacious hot tub, fire-pit, grill, office space and a fully stocked kitchen. Fiber internet/WiFi + smart TVs in every room. Just a couple of blocks from Drake College, and within three miles of the Iowa Event Center and Wells Fargo Arena.

Our home is equipped with three (3) exterior cameras. This is for security only, we DO NOT monitor gathering spaces. #1: Located at the front deck, facing the door/street. #2: On the N side of the home, facing the street. #3: On the back of the home, facing the driveway.

For your stay, we provide a starter kit for essentials and toiletries:
- Shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in each shower
- First couple days supply of coffee/k cups
- First few loads of dishwasher and clothes washer detergent pods

PLEASE NOTE:
After requesting your reservation, you will receive a notification to complete our Rental Agreement, confirming the terms and conditions of your stay at The Hay Loft - which you will be able to execute digitally.

Kitchen: Cooking utensils, salt/pepper/cooking spray, baking dishes, pots and pans, crock pot, toaster, blender, Keurig and a coffee maker (with coffee packs, teabags, creamer and sweetener to get you started).

Dining: Custom table with seating for 12 people (plus additional chairs if needed). Highchair available in the bedroom closet.

Living Room/Game Room: There is a large sectional, queen sleeper sofa, and a futon. The room has two, 65in smart Roku TVs and a Nintendo Wii

Bedrooms: There are five (5) bedrooms total. Three (3) are upstairs and two (2) downstairs. Two of the rooms have king beds, the others have queens. Every bedroom has a Roku smart TV.

Bathrooms: There are two (2) full bathrooms. Each bathroom has a tub/shower. One bathroom is upstairs and one downstairs.

Backyard: Large, privacy fenced yard. There is a grill, hot tub, fire pit, carpet ball game, outdoor table, and spacious driveway.

Laundry: Washer and dryer are included in your stay. The laundry room is located in the basement.
