food and area was wonderful. skywalk to arena was awesome back in hotel room and in pajamas 20 minutes after concert!

I went to the Fall Out Boy concert in April and I loved how it was an easy walk to the venue and back to the hotel.

The property was lovely. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable. Our check in and check out experiences were handled efficiently and quickly, with friendly staff. Unfortunately, our breakfast room service meal was extremely disappointing. We weren’t expecting a fairly pricey room service breakfast to arrive in a bag with plastic utensils, but it did. The food and coffee were lukewarm, if that, and the plastic knife didn’t make a dent in the burnt toast served under my eggs. And we’ve never had toast before with no butter… just dried burnt toast. I would return to the Hilton, but would stay far away from the room service menu. It put such a damper on our otherwise very nice visit.

We were able to check in early. Front desk staff very friendly. Had to park off site as lot was full, this was disappointing. Not enough help at the lobby bar, it was extremely busy and the staff were doing their best but had a hard time keeping up.

Parking is a pain. The lot was full so I had to pay for street parking. The skywalk was extremely convenient and I always stay there for my daughters dance competition. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
