„Last weekend we stayed at the Wiveton Bell for two nights. I have to report that the pub has changed hands since we were last there. The room we had was well appointed; a small snug with two easy chairs, coffee table and sideboard ......kettle, coffee machine, magazines etc.... and a separate roomy bedroom with a TV and plenty of wardrobe/cupboard space plus a modern ensuite.  We had several issues regarding the room. „Room was very small and pretty basic for the price (£120/night): bathroom basic, e.g. untiled floor, window looks out to another roof/wall. Other rooms may be different; this was the last available room as I just booked a day before. The area is okay but very quiet on a saturday night, which cannot be said from Inn. „Staff were very helpful even found me an iron as we were going to a family wedding. The rooms were clean and tidy, and comfy bed. They thought of everything yoghurts, butter, bread milk, juice, cereal if you require an early start. Otherwise a beautifully cooked English breakfast by Duncan all fresh produce and tea or coffee. Would deffo stay there again👍“

„Terrible mattress on one of the 3 single beds in my room. Single meaning really narrow. I actually switched beds in the middle of the night, for a better but still far too lumpy mattress for my taste. Staff and owners were great, breakfast was good, but ultimately a pub up on a hill with rather rowdy guests on a friday night. Still: value for money, but I‘ll rather spend a bit more next time.“
