The property features high ceilings and spacious living, so guests can both gather in the living room or rooftop deck or retreat to private bedrooms. Walking distance to all the great offerings in Denver allows our guests to live like a local during their stay.

The property has a lot of stairs and is not suitable for young children or the elderly with mobility problems. Also, please note that we are located very close to downtown homeless shelters on Park Ave. If you are uncomfortable with urban environments, this is not a good fit for you. We have several hundred 5-star reviews, but we like to be transparent; for guests, this may be a concern too.
