Wow, Esam, we wish we new why you gave such a low rating. We bent over backward to try to satisify you, and your girlfriend (which you did not even notify us the reservation was for 2). We provide free coffee and bottles waters (6 of them), to you. You never even paid the cleaning fee, even though you both spent the entire time here, the room. Our rating back to you is ditto, but a 1 out of 20.

Our apologies, Peter. We try our best to not only make each guest happy and satisfied, but delighted with our accommodations. We are just starting up again after a long break from travelers, the two mini-poodles, Sandi & Beach, have not been accustomed to welcomed strangers in quite some time, they will calm down. Wi-Fi is light-speed, not certain why you could not connect to several SSIDs given you. As for the top sheet, absolutely right, solely an honest mistake on our part. Please, if you are a guest at our newly painted and decorated home, that was just built 6 years ago, in a new North Denver neighborhood, and have issue with anything, bring it up and we will solve it. Guaranteed.
