Awesome Denver Location

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding with several family members. Awesome location, plenty of easy street parking, excellent communication with the owner, well-appointed, comfortable beds and amazing kitchen. The only reason for 4 stars was that the AC blew and it was 100 degrees the day before the wedding. It was fixed less than 24 hours later and we were very appreciative. There is also limited seating on the main floor, no curtains or shades in the basement bedroom and no door on the uostairs bedroom. Other than that

Modern and spacious

We were in town for a quick weekend trip with our family. This was the perfect modern, clean, comfortable, and spacious house for all of us. It was in a quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown Denver, within 5 miles of so many activities and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed over Thanksgiving,it was perfect. We had 2 family's and had plenty of room. The view from the balcony upstairs is beautiful at night. The location was perfect, close to everything. Would definitely rent again.

Family Engagement weekend in Denver

We had a nice stay with plenty of room. Lower basement level was freezing and had no window coverings so morning sunlight came quickly! House was clean but could be more functional and organized. Limited living room conversation area and no tv in that area which was different. Should have on hand Windex, counter spray, hand soap, broom to maintain cleanliness while staying there. Kitchen was pretty well equipped but hidden inside drawers will fool you and organization of appliances is off! We did not light the fire pit on the rooftop but it was a nice amenity. Suggest buying toilet paper holders for main level and basement bathrooms and towel racks for lower bathroom. The front yard is nice and it would be used if there were a couple of chairs and or a conversation set since its on the main level. The house is one of three in a row that are large modern 4 story structures but the neighborhood is very old and rundown. The home might have a structural issue as many walls had cracks. also several electrical outlets were not active and unable to find gti. Beds and linens were comfortable, although no pad on basement bed. I know I hit a lot of negatives ( did I mention main floor light bulbs were burned out over sink), but overall we had a great stay and Jason was a good host.

Overall bad time

Street parking is a huge negative, half the time we couldnt find a spot after work. The house looks nice but cracks in the walls and not being able to open any doors downstars shows a clear foundation issue. No propain on top deck so we were never even able to enjoy the fire pit. Everything went smooth until checkout. Cleaned this house from top to bottom before i left but the owner said i left the house "trashed" because 2 of his toilets were clogged. House has clear plumbing and foundation issues, rushly built.

Beautiful house but no cleaning was done

The house was exactly like it was listed on the website but when we arrived, over 2 hours after the check in time, the cleaning had not been done from the previous tenents. We were not able to get ahold of the manager until the next day so we did the cleaning. He did refund our cleaning and a nights stay to make up for it. It is in a great location for our activities.

Denver vacation

Our family had a great time at this property. We used it as a home base to explore Rocky Mountain National Park, Red Rocks and the city of Denver. The train is conveniently located to the property for easy access to Downtown Denver and was only a 20 minute drive from Red Rocks. Shopping and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. The appliances in the kitchen are top notch and the home had plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. We would love to come back on our next trip to Colorado😀

There were numerous positives about this property. The exquisite cleanliness was very much appreciated and the location worked well for our group. However, the downstairs basement bathroom was in disrepair, unsuitable for use due to crack tiles and sharp edges in the walls- this required guests to use the third floor to shower. There were also major cracks in walls in the basement that appear to indicate that there are foundational issues present in the house. It’s obvious from the cleanliness and support that the owner cares about this property, but the foundation issues should be addressed before offering it for further rentals. Upon messaging the owner about our concerns, her expressed appreciation for the information and said he is in midst of working with a structural engineer to fix.

Villa Park Expereince

We were coming to Denver for an adult vacation and to see a concert. The property at Villa Park served its purpose but did not exceed my expectations. Positives: - It smelled lovely, new, and clean when we arrived - The decor was very modern and visually appealing - They had super cute coffee cups :) - There was a lot of ice which was nice for drinks and packing coolers Opportunities: - The master bath faucet was broken and the first time we used it, the handle fell off. There were also a lot of patched holes throughout the master bath that had not been completed - There were no kitchen hand towels or washcloths. When I reached out to the property manager I was told he would inform the cleaning staff. No apology or offer for a solution. We ended up using bathroom hand towels and paper towels - There was an outdoor fireplace on the top balcony, which would of been awesome, considering the weather and snow, but it was out of propane - The shower in the basement had such low water pressure the guests using that bathroom could not shower in there and had to use another bathroom - There was minimal direction about the check-out process. No guidance on what to do with the trash or the dishes Overall, we enjoyed our stay but for the price we paid, I expected a higher level property and better customer service.
