Two out of four elevators not working. Long wait and once the elevator door opened we couldn't get in as the cabin was fully packed.

Das Hotel ist perfekt in der City gelegen. Die 16th street mall ist gleich im die ecke. Auch die Sportstätten sind alle fussläufig erreichbar. Es gibt keinen tägliches housekeeping, das ist sicherlich bei längeren Aufenthalten unangenehm, man kann diesen wohl jedoch mit 24h vorausbuchung „bestellen“

Perfekter Ausgangsort um Denver zu erkunden. Was mir überhaupt nicht gefallen hat war, dass beim Frühstück wirklich alles mit Einwegtellern/besteck/bechern serviert wurde. Das ist wirklich nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

The only parking option was $56 a night valet, we get there and it was a 40 minute wait to get valet to park our car because the valet at the hotel allowed someone to park their car in the only entrance and leave it without their keys cause no one to be able to use valet for over 40 minutes, you couldn’t park in public parking anywhere around the hotel because all three public parking areas were blocked off by road construction, the air conditioning in the room sounded like a jet engine when it turned on, loudest I’ve ever heard, seriously, and it turned on about every 5-7 minutes. Front desk staff were very short with their responses when told about the valet situation, one lady suggested I park at public parking across the street, I informed her it was blocked off by construction and she replied “I don’t know what else to tell you sir” in a not so nice tone, like i was a bother. All in all an unpleasant experience, I travel a lot and needless to say it was my first and last time staying at a Home2 suites.

The hotel itself was good but I definitely think it was a bit overpriced. Our sink was a bit clogged took a while to drain and they only clean the rooms every other night, the area was mostly safe but there are a lot of homeless around the area so I would be careful at night. The hotel itself was clean and staff was super friendly I will give them that and breakfast wasn't bad, I enjoyed the coffee. I would say it's overall a good area to stay at pretty close to union station and larimar square.

Room was ready when we arrived a bit early. Very clean with friendly staff. The interior design is really nice. Only con was the window shades. No way to black out light from outside.
