Insgesamt top. Zimmer war nicht bereit, aber wurde sofort erledigt. Klimaanlage kühlte nicht richtig.

insgeamt sehr zufrieden
Das Hotel liegt zwar an der Interstate, der Verkehr war aber auf der abgewandten Seite nicht zu hören. Das Hotel macht von außen einen gepflegten Eindruck, wobei die Umgebung durch den Umbau der Interstate Zufahrt beeinträchtigt ist. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet.Die Nacht war angenehm ruhig, trotz der amerikanischen Hellhörigkeit. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und beinhaltete sogar Obst. Wir würden hier sicher nochmal Station machen.

Staff were efficient and knowledgeable. Housekeeping Supervisor came to room to make sure everything was ok. Bed was very uncomfortable and sofabed was old and stained.

The staff was nice . The thing I didn’t like was the fact that for a Marriott the bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows were horrible ! Not enough on the bed . The breakfast wasn’t great either

From the time that we checked in to the time we checked out Greet it with a smile, anything we needed. They had it right there and then Breakfast was awesome, awesome manager when cameain't in? Ask everybody how they were doing. Make sure the area was cleand everybody was happy. We've been people that were staying there. We're very nice and polite as well. Definitely will be back

The property was very clean and well cared for. Alla was outside often making sure things were .maintained. She was very friendly and helpful as was all the staff. Treyvon carried my laundry for me and other staff were understanding when I key locking myself out of my room. Unfortunately, my rental car was hit by another car and I had to file a police report on the hit and run, which prevented me from getting medical help for a breathing problem for a day. All I all, though my stay was a quiet comfortable place to recuperate from my illness. I will definitely come back!

I've stayed at this hotel twice now and I enjoyed both times. Not too expensive and they have some nice amenities, decent location with dining options around.

The view of the mountains is beautiful. The property is well maintained. Salt was put down on sidewalks after a snow storm. I would come here again. All the staff were friendly and helpful!

It felt like home the only problems we had were the outside light shined in the room need better curtains the pool was closed and there was a puppy barking from 3am to 6am

While the hotel was clean, it was poorly marketed. I chose the hotel mainly because the hotel's website showed the hotel as having a pool. In reality, the pool was undergoing a major renovation and was expected to be closed for a month. The manager offered a free night and never followed through with this offer.

I should get a refund
I should get a refund. I booked this spot because it had a hot tub. Neither it nor pool were working. I was charged $150 for pet and the pet was rarely in the room. And my room was not serviced during my entire stay!!!

Dear Anonymous, We do apologize that the hot tub wasn't available when you stayed at the hotel. We have resurfaced the pool and it is ready for guests whenever you are able to return to the area. We welcome guests to bring their pets to the hotel, but there is a fee associated with that. It is listed on our website if you have any questions about our Pet Policy. Thank you for sharing your feedback, we do hope you will return and enjoy the pool and hot tub during your next visit.

The hotel was clean, however, the bed sagged in the middle, the body wash in the shower was empty and the hot tub was not working. One of the main reasons I booked there was for the hot tub. Breakfast was good.

The room was fairly reasonably priced! Staff amazing and breakfast was included every morning. Great quiet location and walking distance from the light rail. Beds are comfortable and the hotel was very clean. Definitely recommend and will stay again in the future.

Pool was closed and wasn’t given a notice. We got moved 3 times to different rooms because the toilet wasn’t working. The breakfast was terrible. They didn’t even make coffee. The ice machines on every floor broke.

Hi Sheryl, it looks like you need a copy of your receipt. We do have a 20 deposit, the 2.00 fee is the fee the city of Aurora charges all guest of hotels. That deposit should be released upon checkout without charges pending. You should have received your receipt from the website that you booked through We understand how difficult it is when equipment fails. Thank you for taking the time to review your experience.
