Pet friendly - pet fee $50 for 1st pet, 2nd pet $25. Limit 2 pets only under 50 lbs. Must maintain dog on leash while in the front of property. Sorry, we do not allow breeds that are dangerous or are know for their history of biting and we cannot be held liable if you agree to stay as a Guest or allow a guest to visit.
No smoking or vaping permitted inside or the grounds of the property. $250 smoking fee for any smoking on property.

We have a few devices on the property to ensure guest and property safety:
1 security camera (on the front porch) and 1 security camera in the back that monitors only the exterior and record activity/sound. There are no cameras inside the house or pointing inside the house.

Internet: The modem and WIFI extender are located in the living room. Please DO NOT UNPLUG them.

Parking: Free parking is available up to 2 cars on the driveway. Street parking is available. Please do not park on the front lawn.
