"Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is located close to a park, which is great if you (like us) travel with a dog. Lots of retaurants and supermarkets close by and the city center is in walking distance. Only sad thing is there are according to the staff basically no vegan options at breakfast. They recommended to look for a place in the city and rather not have breakfast at the hotel - if you are vegan."

"Wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer gebucht, allerdings sah es anders aus als auf dem Foto, kleiner aber dennoch genug Platz für alles. Reichlich Ablagemöglichkeiten, auch im Bad. Aussicht vom Zimmer 204 auf die Stadt mit Balkon. Super sauber, bequeme Betten. Frühstück war reichlich und lecker. Für 1,2 Nächte völlig ausreichend. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen 👍"

From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the exceptionally warm welcome. The beautiful upgrade to a suite made our stay even more special. Rarely have I experienced such a wonderful hotel—perfectly located in the heart of Ghent, within walking distance of the city’s most beautiful monuments and excellent restaurants. "Ein sehr schönes Hotel…gut gelegen und sehr sauber. Es war alles perfekt…das Personal, das Zimmer, das Frühstück…eigentlich wollten wir nur zwei Nächte bleiben, sind dann aber fünf Nächte geblieben, weil wir uns wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Wir können das Hotel zu 100 Prozent empfehlen!"
