The space
Availability may be flexible; please feel free to message us. Parking is located directly next to the Airbnb, over 300 feet from the road, out of public view, and securely monitored with outdoor cameras. Free trailer parking is available on the property. Garage motorcycle parking is available (three spaces). A washer and dryer are available in the garage below.

The open studio on the second floor features a private balcony with stunning sunrise views over the lake from the balcony and the king bed. Blackout curtains are installed on all windows and the glass sliding door. Enjoy excellent views of rocket launches. Clear nights offer an amazing view of the stars due to minimal light pollution.

No smoking or vaping indoors. The air purifier is intended to filter pollen not smoke.

Please do not use the "auto" mode for the air conditioning(fan speed will be locked to low resulting in poor heating and cooling). Please only use the "cool" or "heat" modes with fan speed on high.

No pets allowed. Service animals are not permitted to be left alone.

No events, parties, or large gatherings. The accommodation sleeps up to 3 people, with a maximum of 3 additional daytime guests permitted.

Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles and 1 trailer.

Fishing is catch-and-release only and at your own risk.

Deer, turkeys, and other wildlife are present in the area. Please drive cautiously.

There are no cleaning fees, as we kindly ask guests to tidy up before departure. Please place all trash in the designated bin, put used linens in the hamper next to the coffee maker, and wash your dishes.
Third-party reservations are strictly prohibited. The person making the reservation must be present at the property during their stay and is responsible for any damages. Any third-party reservations discovered will be canceled without a refund, and excessive cleaning fees or damages will be charged to the individual who booked the reservation.
