• 1 full bathroom + 1 half bath
• Quiet hours: 10PM–8AM (strictly enforced)
• No parties or events
• No smoking indoors or on the property
• Only registered guests allowed (unregistered guests = $25 fee/person)
• This is Florida — you may encounter wildlife (view from a distance)

Violations of these rules may result in a $250 fee and immediate removal without refund.


PET POLICY – READ ME

We’re pet-friendly! But please follow the guidelines below:
• Must get prior approval before bringing pets
• $100 refundable pet deposit required
• Max 2 pets per stay
• No pets on furniture or beds
• Clean up after your pets (inside & outside)
• Don’t leave pets unattended unless crated
• Aggressive breeds, damage, or excessive barking = cancellation without refund
• Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive pet mess/hair/odor
