Three bedrooms with a split layout for privacy: a king in the primary suite, a king in the second bedroom, and a queen/twin bunk plus an additional twin in the third — sleeps up to 8. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for extra flexibility.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Big Chill retro appliances, espresso machine, ice maker, blender, and a large island with bar seating. Washer and dryer on-site. Beach chairs, towels, and a cooler are stocked in the lanai.

Outside: private heated pool with waterfall, built-in Blaze grill, propane fire pit, covered lanai with TV and lounge seating, and outdoor dining. Driveway parking for 4 cars, plus street parking.

The entire property is available for guest use, including all indoor and outdoor spaces.

Freebee is a free, on-demand, 100% electric transportation service operating in Delray Beach (I-95 to A1A, Gulfstream Blvd to SW 10th St). It runs Sun-Wed 11AM-9PM and Thu-Sat 11AM-11PM via the Ride Freebee app. Rideshare and driving are also convenient options.
