Nice & quiet hotel in Dwarka
Friendly staff and nice room. Facilities as pool and others a little bit old and not as clean. But staff was helping and taking care of feeling comfortable. Would come back.

We arrived and checked in late in the night (1 am) and it was no problem - but we informed the reception beforehand. It was a very comfortable solution to bridge time of a long stopover. Room was very spacious, clean - beds were comfortable. The service employees were also very attentive and we enjoyed our (international) breakfast.

komfortables Stadthotel, kein Flughafenhotel
das Hotel ist bei rush hour doch erst in 1 Std. vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut und sauber. Das Hotelteam war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Lokal im Eingangsbereich ist allerdings sehr kalt und ungemütlich. Das Frühstück dort bot aber eine mehr als ausreichende Auswahl an Getränken und Speisen. Das Restaurant zum Abendessen mit angeschlossener Bar ist sehr teuer mit sehr lauter Musik, was zum Essen sehr unangenehm war.

Good value for money / good location
Overall nice value for money and nice hotel. Paid about 60 USD for 1 night incl. BF. Check-In took bit long (10min) and we requested a kingsize bed but got a twin-bed, hence we had to wait again 10min for change of room. Staff though was very friendly and apologiesd. Despite this all was nice. Location for short stay is perfect. Airport is close (20/30min with cab - OlaCab aprox. 200/250 INR) and metro within walking distance.

Fantastic Five star Hotel ! Worth the Money
I stayed here with my Family for 4 nights and 5 days. The Hotel is clean and tidy. The interiors are fantastic. The staff are really good. Buffet breakfast, lunch and Dinner are one of the attractions with a variety of Indian food and also other varieties. The Hotel is situated about 30 mins drive to Indira Gandhi International Airport in ideal Traffic conditions. Taxi can be booked from the Travel desk near the reception. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Open Swimming pool is also available. The Metro Station is just walkable and may take just 10 mins. Wifi speed is good.

Translucent bathroom walls are the biggest disappointment. I was unable to control the room thermostat, it was extremely cold and got me sick. Dispite calling several times and fixing (so called) the issue room was freezing, finally I had to turn off the thermostat. No room for hanging clothes, such a tiny closet at the entrance of the room which I couldn’t use properly for my clothes. Phone are collecting dust, I had to clean it before use. Table was also dirty. After taking shower, water was everywhere, drain system is bad (I had personally complained about this).

The check in process was very slow . Took 15 mins to check in when all the money was paid and everything . They were scanning the passports and took them forever. When we checked out at 3 am , the lobby was full of mosquito killing smoke . It was impossible to breath. They did not even put a sign or gave us mask . Apart from these stay was fine

The hotel is not close to anything viable such as dining or nightlife. This is important because the hotel itself does not contain any nightlife whatsoever. They have a main dining room and another restaurant with similar food, but no stand alone bar or lounge area. Guests are not able to drink outside the dining area or anywhere within the common area, or bring your own alcohol that’s bought from outside. There is ongoing construction which can make noise and become a nuisance especially with only one set of elevator banks. The rooms are nice and cozy, pretty updated. Staff was nice and accommodating and food was good as well.
