The best Radisson in NCR area probably and great for families. Updated property and room conditions are very good. Room service is decent and you can get a response in 5-10 mins. The reception staff is slow however and it takes more time than usual to check in. But they are very nice and cordial, Ritka even kept my 1 yr old engaged while we waited for transportation, always love staff who show the personal touch, highly recommend her for customer service. Will come again next time I am in the area.

This our 2nd stay here. They all remembered us from last year. I cannot say enough praise for the staff that went above and beyond to help us. They even helped tracked down a specific Ayurvedic medicine we needed to find! They accommodated us with a late check out. The breakfast buffet is great!

Decent Hotel
Radisson Noida is on par with the Radisson line of hotels. The rooms are spatious and comfortable. The food, particularly the buffet dinner, can be improved as relatively the same menu was served for 4 days straight. Sunita was an excellent host at the restaurant and made up for the few shortcomings. I'd likely visit again.

We stayed here for two nights. I travel a lot and the service level even according to"Indian" 3 star hotels was an absolute mess. The bar staff is terrible, they don't approach you and ask if they can be of service, then they don't even ask for another beer/drink, don't ask for food, I literally had to leave the bar, go and speak to the duty manager the first night and raising the issue. One would think after that, the next night would get better... But no, nothing doing. Same issue the second night. Then we had a team meeting rented their business center... We then had 10 of us there for lunch. Our staff ordered and Indian lunch and we sat at the table 1 hour had passed and lunch wasn't made, again had to escalate and create a huge scene there. All in all the service is terrible absolutely terrible. Unclear how the GM and owners are running this hotel, but I can tell you the service is terrible.

The staff at the Restaurant was extra courteous. Especially Sonam and the tall gentleman in Blue suit. They both worked breakfast as well as dinner shifts. Very unorganized hotel. Rented conference room for two days. They told us to Rs1500 per person. I asked if I need to sign a contract but they did not provide any paperwork. Next day they told us the charge was go per day. Make sure if you are asking anything other than room please check the papers

Not Radisson standard to my understanding. What look like wooden floors in the rooms are some kind of plastic. Rooms facing a neighbouring function hall can be noisy (had to change - was done smoothly) Cold - they had to put an electric heater in my room. Not functioning projectors in all room in the Business centre. Boring neighbourhood. Some very good service minded people.

Continuous power issues during my stay
I stayed in the hotel for 3 days (2 nights). There were power fluctuations in my room since day 1 due to which all lights were going On and Off many times and it was very disturbing, I had complained to them 5 times but they were unable to fix the issue. I even requested them to move me to another room, which they did not do. I actually like Radisson, but this time I had a terrible experience.

We booked it for double occupancy but yet Expedia booked it for single occupancy! Thh he e hotel asked us to pay extra for the second person even though a double occupancy reservation wouldn’t merit a higher tariff! EXPEDIA’s blunder and Radisson’s greed! Bad combination!
