Generally, the hotel is an okay standard but seems to be overwhelmed by the number of guests. I received a room that was not properly cleaned: a tray of room service from the previous guest was still in the room and the bed sheets were not changed. After complaining, hotel staff changed. Location is good and very convenient. some of the hotel staff was very helpful with storing luggage and giving advice.

Nice hotel but need improvements + excellent breakfst buffet, nice Swimming pool, nice outside breakfast area, beautiful Lobby, friendly staff - no free Wifi(absolute No Go, this is standard nowadays, in all other Hotels is was free) and the charge was completely overpriced(650 Rs. incl. taxes for 24 Hours, more than I spent for eating outside) no adapter for European mobile charger available(all other hotels provided one or got it especially for me), so that I had to charge my mobile at the reception- very annoying Room was ok, but actually not 5 star, AC too Cold(17,5 C) and individual regulation was not possible, although they tried it. So I got a cold and felt like in winter

Alle ok, nur die Kosten für WLAN sind sehr hoch, in alllen Hotels in Indien, die ich besucht habe, war der Zugang kostenfrei.

Gut klimatisiertes und sauberes Hotel in Dehli
5 Tage Aufenthalt // sehr angenehm war das gute Essen im Hotelrestaurant und der Pool Unverständlich ist das Werben für den Night Club und die Roof Bar, welche beide noch in den Anfängen der Konstruktion stecken // Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Wunderschönes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Ich kann nur über die 'Honeymoon Suite' berichten: Ein sehr geräumiges, schönes Zimmer mit Himmelbett, Kabelfernsehen, Sitzecke, kleiner Küche und tollem Blick auf das Regierungsviertel Neu Delhis. Wunderschöne Eingangshalle, Taxi- und Rikscha-Service direkt vor dem Hotel, Metro sehr nah, schöner, gepflegter Pool, zwar täglich das selbe Frühstück aber relativ umfangreich. Das hoteleigene Asiarestaurant ist lecker aber für indische Verhältnisse etwas teuer. Ich würde das Hotel sofort wieder buchen!

Unter dem Bett wurde wohl nie Staub gesaugt oder gewischt. Abzocke! WLAN auch für Gäste 10 Euro am Tag. Kein Essen unter 10 Euro. 0,5 l Wein aus Barfach 10 Euro. Es handelt sich um das ehemalige staatliche Kanishka Hotel, mit viel Farbe, Deko und Stein aufgepeppt. Viel Show wenig dahinter!

für Indien ganz ok aber zu teuer
Es wurde in die Hotelhalle sehr viel investiert und die auch wirklich sehr schön, aber wenn man dann aufs Zimmer geht ist man etwas enttäuscht, sehr klein und muffig, aber ruhig. Der Pool ist sehr schmutzig, so schmutzig das man nicht baden gehen will. schöne Gartenanlage.

L’hotel è carino ma un po’ datato,nel giardino manca l’erba in diversi punti,quando si fa la doccia l’acqua esce dalle guarnizioni e bagna il pavimento,la colazione è nella media (ci sono per lo più prodotti indiani),la zona è tranquilla e di fianco si trova l’hotel Shangri La dove ci sono un paio di ristoranti validi.

This was an absolutely shoddy hotel. The lobbynis lovely but do not let this deceive you. The rooms were disgusting and unclean. We were moved to another room but this was exactly the same absolutely disgusting. We complained to the staff and manager and they did nothing. Do not stay here.

The excellent location of the property compensates for the relatively smaller room sizes. Buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent with a lot of choices and good quality of food. The hotel lobby and other areas are tastefully decorated with Italian marble, statues and ceiling paintings. The hotel is very popular - it was full. Need to improve washroom cleanliness to make it equivalent to global standards. The hotel's system did not pick up that we had paid for the dinner buffets via our Expedia reservation; however, after discussing and the hotel manager checking, it was OK. Please increase size of your storage room for guest luggage.

If you want access to all of Delhi’s key landmarks and don’t want to pay over the top - this is a good hotel. Sadly this is where I run out of nice things to say. The rooms are dated and dirty (there was mold in the Junior Suite that we had booked), breakfast is okay but seating is terrible and if you are in a large group I’d recommend going down early. The food for room service is overpriced and not enough value for money. I’d give this a miss.

ロビーは美術館を思わせるような大理石の彫刻や絵画が飾ってありとても豪華でした。部屋も綺麗で快適で朝食ビュッフェも種類が豊富で楽しめました。 ただ宿泊客が多い割にスタッフが少ないのか、チェックイン・アウトの際は長時間待たされた挙句、不愛想な対応をされたのが少し残念でしたが、メトロ駅まで徒歩で移動できて便利だったので宿泊してよかったです。

What shall I say.. Worst ever stay I had in a hotel Rudeness is the mantra used by the hotel Let’s list some of the issues 1. Hotel building needs some love and care 2. Breakfast in the hotel is like war, and staff watches guests struggling with the coffee machine and they just walk away 3. Quality of the food .. is shocking, probably hotel is on a budget for the food 4 smelly rooms and corridors . Probably the carpets 5. No glasses in the room, when I asked for the glass and plates .. stuff was adamant that proving glasses in the room will cost .. lovely service from a hotel of this category 6. Bathroom gets flooded before you even start the shower 6. Beddings are terrible Well I made a promise to myself … NOT AGAIN

The room was good , overall but adjacent room was too close for my comfort, whole night I would hear noises, clicking of door knobs, room lock etc. Also the intercom is never answered by room services.

I needed medicine and a staff member went to a pharmacy and brought it - touched my heart. The property is tastefully decorated in the Italian style. Breakfast was slways excellent. Location of the hotel is central. Rooms are a little on the small side, but other factorsmore than make upfor it. Great value for money.

Gorgeous decorations in pictures but actually dirty. Toilet, floor, table… are dirty. House keeping does nothing except making the bed. Shower gel ran out and it took 2 hours for them to prepare shower gel. Reception doesn’t support, they hang up phone when I complain twice about the same issue

Please be assured that poor guest experience such as above is not the norm at The Royal Plaza, Delhi. The hotel property is dazzling, the restaurant is pretty good but the rooms and carpets could use an update. Overall it's a decent hotel with an exquisite lobby atmosphere.
