Tolles zentrales Hotel in Noida
Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Service, Internetanbindung, Zimmer und Frühstück waren sehr gut. Auch die Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist sehr klein und wird deshalb auch nicht genutzt. Deshalb ist das Hotel weniger für Familien mit Freizeitmöglichkeiten im Hotel, sehr wohl aber für Touristen und Geschäftsleute geeignet. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber. Das Hotel ist in Noida in der Nähe von der Shopping Mall Great India Place gelegen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

The staff are friendly. Wish more of them can speak in English. The driver not knowing English is a problem. The Security Manager, Room Service staff and front desk staff are excellent and helpful. Food is good. Not many activities within walking distance but the security manager assisted me to get transportation.

Good business hotel for short stay
Hotel is good for short business stay, rooms are good enough in size and washrooms are also neat and clean. Breakfast has very limited options and not so lavish. No other recreational facilities in the hotel. Mall of india is around 1.5 km from hotel. One can opt this property for business trip.

An ageing property
The room is nice and big. Though it needs renovation badly. Signs of wear and tear are everywhere. Staff is friendly and the food is good. The property is very close to main market area. But it’s next to a drain. Overall, though it’s bear a brand name, it is nowhere close to the brand image. An OK property when it comes to overall impression and experience.

OK, Hotel. Cannot say my stay was a pleasure. No toiletries provided unless asked for. Even a simple dental kit, shaving kit or a slipper was missing. Though reserved a room for a single bed, got a twin bed - the reason? Rooms not available. Then what's the use of reservation? Staff at the front desk was professional and quite quick. Room size is quite good.

A not so good experience for a business trip. Couple of things didn't go well. Housekeeping misses a lot of things around the room and they take their own sweet time if asked for some thing. The check in was good, the breakfast was good though the choices for the hot breakfast was limited. Overall a not so good/bad experience.

Overpriced and very unpleasant odors!
The strongest, most foul stench of sewage I've encountered in travelling in Asia for 24 years. The entire hotel stunk. I feel sorry for the staff that have to work in these conditions...and btw- most of the staff were very professional, kind, attentive, etc.

The Hotel is neat, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly. However the service requests sometimes needs to be reminded more than once to materialise. The check in is fast but check out takes time.

They did not have a reservation for us.
We reached the hotel late at night. They claimed they had not heard about any reservation from Expedia. After a long time, they agreed to put us up at another hotel as they had no more rooms. It took us 1 hour to get to the other hotel. We got to bed at 6 am. The next day they said that they had cleared it with Expedia and moved us back to the original hotel. It was a very bad experience so late in the night. Either Expedia or the hotel messed up. I would like to talk to someone in senior management at Expedia to get to understand what went wrong. This will be a big problem to use Expedia in future if we can not depend on reservations made through Expedia.

Not a 5 Star by any standards! There's a garbage dump right next to the hotel which stinks really bad! And the breakfast is very poor as well!

Its not a luxury hotel but between a 3 and 4 star. Room doors slamming in the night was very loud and disturbing. House keeping was average. In my view it was about 20% too expensive for the standard and location.

A very good place to stay
I rated it 4 star because their breakfast is not up to the mark for the price you pay to stay. The hotel staff and service they provide is amazing. The room service is really quick. Stayed here about a week before and came back to stay for another 3 nights.

Definitely a good place to stay
Booked this hotel for meeting up with my girlfriend who lived in Noida. Definitely 5 star for service. The hotel staff was very courteous and professional in every way. The rooms and the hotel property itself was very clean. Only downside was the breakfast,which was not up to the mark( chicken nuggets,muffins and bacon strips were very yucky) and the overfilled bad smelling trash container outside the hotel property.

A Quiet and Nice place to stay
It's a Quiet, Comfortable, and Nice place to stay. Easy to take an Auto or taxi to go to other places. A chemist and Pizza Hut is next to the hotel. Only one thing about the Free WIFI, if the bandwitdh and speed can be wider and faster, the customers must have a better satisfaction.
