The front desk people were very nice. There were plenty of clean towels. The soap provided was broken into small pieces and a challenge to use. The location was convenient to downtown and the freeway. It was also quiet.

Short drive to almost everything. Clean hotel and our room seemed updated. They have a pool and hot tub but the hot tub was not hot enough! They have a Continental breakfast. Basic, but they did have biscuits and gravy that was very good! Also cereal, toast, waffles and a few different juices and fruit. Staff were fine. Pleasant but not over the top friendly.

There was some trash under the tv cabinet, and the tub was too dirty to bathe our child. We had to clean the tub ourselves.

We didn't like anything about it. A complete dissapointment after all our other Country Inn and Suites stays. The continental breakfast was abhorent. won't stay there again.

Loved this hotel, great room, hot tub in the room. I’m partially disabled and asked for an accessible bathroom, which had everything I needed. Our only complaint is that the mattress was WAY beyond firm. We both had trouble getting to sleep.

Pricey but perfect
Nice employees, very up-to-date rooms. High-flow showerheads, good water temp, nice breakfast options. Best part was the clean and comfy rooms - best hotel mattress I've slept on in a long time. Price was HIGH though.

Overall room was clean. I wish there were a few more breakfast options such as muffins or bagels for my picky eaters- but the biscuits and gravy was good! We were in town for grandmas funeral and only stayed 1 night, we will likely stay there again though.

It was ok. Run down and dirty communal halls. Definitely better than Quality Inn down the road. Attendant was less than friendly. Breakfast was better than Quality Inn down the road. It does have more tv stations!

Poor customer service
We were put in a room across the hall from a young couple who came in and out of their room, talking in the hall, about 20 times between 2 a.m. until we checked out at 8 a.m. When this was brought up to the clerk at check out, her response was, “They have been our biggest problem the past couple days, but thankfully they are checking out tomorrow.” Why were we put in a room across the hall from them when the hotel was not at full capacity? We should be compensated. We stayed 4/27 checked out. 4/28.
