Exquisite brand new home in the 287 Martin Branch Subdivision. Within driving distance to historic Decatur Town Square. Just off of FM 730 and near Highway 287 which takes you down to Fort Worth. Close to Wise Health System Medical Center, Weatherford College Wise County, The Wright House Arts, Whistle Stop Cafe, Melba Doyle Park, Walmart Supercenter, and many more. There are two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and one full bathroom in this 2000 square foot home.

The house can accommodate up to 4 people. There is silverware, dishes, a stove, an oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, etc. We also include towels and sheets. After each guest's departure, a team of professional cleaners comes in to disinfect the entire property.

Guest access
There is a small private room inside the property that is reserved for the owner's belongings and is not accessible to guests. Please note that no one will be staying in that room during your stay.
