The Ultimate Deadwood Location
If you’re looking for walkability, history, comfort, and convenience, this is it.
This beautifully restored 1902 historic home sits just one block from Main Street and Deadwood Mountain Grand, and only 0.4 miles from the legendary Saloon #10 — home of Wild Bill Hickok’s final hand. Restaurants, casinos, nightlife, shopping, concerts, and events are all just minutes away on foot.
No fighting traffic. No hunting for downtown parking. Just park, settle in, and enjoy Deadwood the way it was meant to be experienced.
The Mickelson Trail begins directly beside the property, making this an incredible basecamp for bikers, hikers, and outdoor enthusiasts. After a full day exploring the Black Hills, step outside the kitchen door and unwind in your private 7-person hot tub under the South Dakota sky.
This home offers the rare combination of downtown walkability, creekside privacy, and room for your group to gather comfortably.
