Nicole at the front desk was amazing during check-in on Friday afternoon! The room just seemed a bit run down and underwhelming. Needed more toilet paper on Saturday morning, called the front desk to ask for more after looking everywhere in the room for more. The lady at the desk rushed to get me off the phone and told me that the cleaning staff was busy and I could come to the desk and get some or would have to wait if I wanted it brought to the room. Seemed very short.

For people with pets only Warning: "Not Recommended." Just came from a residence in in NC. Dog friendly. Great room, first floor next to door with dog bags and trash can. No charge for dog. Got to Residence Inn in Beavercreek, got charged $100 nonrefundable for one night for a dog under 15 lbs. Put me on the third floor next to lobby elevator. Took dog outside not only no bags no trash can. Went next door to store with outside garbage can. Did not want to put in the lobby trash. Last time there for us. Mark, Naperville IL

Was here to see my son. The front desk was rude and very unfriendly at check in. The room smelled couch uncomfortable to even sit on and the coffee maker was very small for the full kitchen. And the pet area was a land mine because of fur parents not picking up after their dogs.

The service was excellent. The staff was friendly and very very helpful. We so appreciated that. However, the furniture in the room was very uncomfortable. The sink was at our knees and difficult to use. The breakfast was almost uneatable. I had oatmeal every morning. Could not eat the eggs.

The hotel looks great and updated. I went to take a shower and the pressure was so low, I couldn't even rinse the shampoo out of my hair. I will not stay at this hotel again

Total fasade. Area around hotel is amazing and also the outside of the hotel looks great. Inside total different story inside. Very dated and mediocre cleanliness. Rude and unhelpful staff. Couldn't get into my room because door was jammed. Frontdesk said they would text to see "if" they could come look at it. No offer of different room, nothing. Also they put my in basement level. Just bot what I thought it was. Very disappointing

Disappointing
Disappointed and fell pretty far below expectations based on other hotels of this brand. Exceptionally loud air-conditioning in bedroom made sleep very difficult. Sofa was saggy and uncomfortable to sit on. Housekeeping is every other day, which is not a problem, except they didn't tell me that at any time. I think by booking through Hotels.com rather than Marriott website, they gave me one of the worst rooms based on condition and location (this isn't first time this has happened with Marriott). I wouldn't stay here again.

Highly recommend.
Wonderful stay, excellent breakfast! The pool is for little ones as it is only 3 feet deep, I wish it was noted in the hotel description, our teen was not able to use the pool for this reason.

Good choice off the highway.

Dennis, the manager check us in. He was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Real a very nice man. The room, 419 needs to have the upper vent cleaned, it and the area around it are very dirty. Kind of gross. The frig makes some loud humming noise.

Our stay was comfortable and the unit was an upgrade due to some mishap. However, they didn’t mention that when I checked in. I had to inquire at the front desk why I wasn’t given the king size bed I reserved. It was all worked out to our satisfaction.

Staff are fantastic. Breakfast well executed and stocked. Pull out bed in terrible condition. Garbage run and or pick up at 0430 was ridiculously loud. Road noise on outside was simply to much.
