Great vacation house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a small reunion at Peaceful Easy Feeling--4 households represented. The couple with small children loved the basement setup! The primary bedroom on the first floor was perfectly soundproofed!! The kitchen was equipped, even had small storage containers for leftovers. And we all appreciated the air conditioning. Even though the outside temp was cool, there was zero mold or mildew smell which is a problem with many of the Canaan Valley houses we have rented over the years.I would love upgraded sheets (very thin and flimsy) and towels (not up to completely drying hair or body) and some hand towels in the bathrooms. We had to use full towels next to the sink to dry our hands.

Every thing was great. The home seems recently redone. Everything was in good working order except the microwave which only worked some of the time. The hot tub was very clean and in working order. The bathrooms looked like they had recently been renovated and the kitchen was fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We will use it again.

Beautiful stay

Our time at Peaceful easy feeling was wonderful. The house was in excellent condition upon arrival and well stocked with everything we could need during our stay. There was plenty of room for all 12 of us to relax comfortably with many different places to sit and relax together. We loved having access to two different lakes for fishing that were close by.

Great Location, Always Fun!

This is the 2nd YR in a row staying here. The owners and property mgmt team do a great job keeping it clean. The hot tub is great after a full day of skiing. Added bonus this year, the downstairs has been finished as a game room.

Best Rental Stay Ever

Wonderful Vacation Home ! Well stocked Kitchen, lots of firewood. Hot tub was great even when outside temp was -7 degrees. The insructions for "how to" were perfect. We had our three adult children with us. Lots of fun and laughter. Timberline Ski Slopes 5 min away.

Quiet, peaceful getaway

House was as advertised, not bad at all. We really appreciated the EV charger in garage. Everything was pretty clean, although we recommend giving the master shower a thorough cleaning or even replacement. Access to the hot tub from upstairs deck would be nice.

FLYING SQUIRREL

Reviewer Comments: ONE LATE NIGHT EARLY MORNING WE WAKE UP TO A FLYING SQUIRREL FLYING ALL OVER THE UP STAIRS LOFT AND THE LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN. THIS WENT ON FOR WELL OVER AN HOUR. FINALLY THE LITTLE GUY LANDED IN THE SINK EATING CARROT CAKE OFF OF A SPOON. A BLANKET WAS THROWN OVER THIS LITTLE GUY AND HE WAS RELEASE BACK INTO THE WILD. LOL HE ATTEMPT TO RETURN THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR BUT WAS WARNED IN A LOUD VOICE HE THEN RAN INTO THE WOODS.... HOPEFULLY NOT TO FREEZE THE ONLY REAL ISSUE WAS THE TV IN MASTER BEDROOM THE OFFICE HELPED US GET THAT UNDER CONTROL FOR THE REST OF THE STAY... IF WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE INSTRUCTION IN THE MASTER BEDROOM LIKE IN THE OTHER ROOMS...

Peaceful.....

Beautiful house and in a great location. The inclusion of firewood was excellent as we relaxed in front of the fireplace, read books, or napped. Total disconnect. Great use of space and plenty of room for the family. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils, etc. We usually travel with our stuff and did not have to use any of our things. We are already looking at next year for another stay. Also, the management company quickly refilled our request for more firewood. Thanks!
