The main living areas provide plenty of room for everyone to gather, while the kitchen comes equipped with cookware, utensils, appliances, and everyday essentials for preparing meals during your stay.



Outside, enjoy your own screened private pool with loungers and space to relax in the Florida sunshine. A BBQ grill is also available for guests who would like to enjoy an outdoor meal.

The home is conveniently located near Posner Park, where guests can find shopping, restaurants, groceries, and everyday essentials.



Its location also provides easy access to the greater Orlando area, making it a convenient home base for families visiting Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and Central Florida’s many attractions.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around the area and visiting Orlando’s theme parks, shopping centers, restaurants, and attractions.



Two private parking spaces are available at the property.



Please be aware that street parking is not permitted between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM. Vehicles parked on the street during restricted hours may be towed.

🧹 The property is professionally cleaned and prepared before every arrival.

🅿️ Two private parking spaces are available. Please note: street parking is not allowed between 12 AM–6 AM; vehicles may be towed.

🔥 Pool heating available upon request for $50 per day.

🍖 BBQ grill available for guest use. A $40 grill cleaning fee applies before or after use. Guests are not required to clean the grill themselves.

⛽ Guests are responsible for providing propane. If propane is already available when you arrive, you are welcome to use it.

🎥 Security cameras are located outside the property only. There are no indoor cameras.

🚨 Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are provided.
