チェックインの確認を必ずしてから向かう必要があります。私達は2時間以上部屋に入れなかった。 コンドミニアムのオーナーとのやり取りは簡単ではなかった。 部屋はプールビューを予約したが、残念ながら道路側だった。 色々ありましたが、金額、部屋、プール、場所には満足できます。 また必ずここに帰ってきますね。 ありがとう。

Nice Condo Complex
Nice place to stay out by SM Mall. It was a good value for the price. Not too much in the way of household items with the room. A bit of a trek into the city center. I would stay again for the nice condo complex.

総じて快適でした。 プールの水も綺麗でしたし。 残念なのは施設というより地震がたくさんあったので何回も外に出された事です。 建物崩壊の多いこの国では仕方ないと思いますけど。

No water when we left could not shower before flight, strict rules around pool mist shower in cold water before getting in pool, pans in room bad, 2 towels only no wash rags , air would not keep room cool

Liked the location. Liked the room and the safety that the location provided. Overall it was very nice for the price. My complaints are more to do with the lack of communication on how to check in. When I first booked I was sent an IM and asked to call to get check in directions. Never could get anyone. Finally we made arrangements (after multiple calls to Expedia and an email address being exchanged) for my fiance to go to the location and check in as my flight didn't arrive until midnight. She went to the guards as instructed at the time specified and no one knew a thing about it. Livid I had my fiance attempt to call again and they arranged to leave the keys in a mailbox. They really need to work on clear and precise check in instructions and set up a voice mail on the phone number they ask you to call and simply call back the next day and then be specific and give ALL details needed to check in. It was like pulling teeth to get clear instructions. Once in, all was fine. The owners never bothered us and did message and ask if we needed anything. Great overall just a really bad check in. Hopefully they have learned from this. Oh and one last thing. Switch your pillows to the end of the bed otherwise the AC will be blowing in your face and you will wake up with a scratchy throat. But for the money it is a nice place that is safe and great location right by the mall and a taxi is almost always waiting right outside the gate to take you anywhere you want to go.

No major issues. Very small. No room cleaning for a 3 week stay. Half the cabinets locked. Kitchen drawers wouldnt stay closed.and warped so cabinet door would open when drawer did. Closet doors not working so only half closet accessible. sleeps 4, but 1000php extra charge for 1 sheet and two towels for fold out couch for guests 3 and 4. AC is in the bedroom mounted next to your head when in bed. Less than 2 feet from your face. No air to rest of apt when bedroom door is closed. Very safe. Guards at entrance very polite.and professional. Guard at pool extremely rude and discriminatory. Enforcing rules against some.guests and not others. Great location. 5 min walk to mall. Was on 2nd floor so lot of road noise during the day. Quiet at night. Last day there, scheduled to leave at 930am. At 9 the door opens without warning or knock. Says she is the caretaker.and is there to clean the room. Overall, a decent place to stay for price and location

The property was exactly as advertised and in a great location. The pool and bbq area were very well maintained and staff were very friendly jovial. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Beware!!!
We are frequent travelers and never been interrupted on our second day from our 2 night reservation to get transferred to another unit inorder to accommodate a previously booked client. We asked for an extra blanket and bedsheet as there was only 1 set on our arrival but the caretaker declined, when in fact the room is good for 4 pax. We will never come back to this place ever again!

We are very sorry for the experience Mr. Daruis and we deeply understand your sentiment. We hope we can make it up to you. It was clearly explained prior to your check-in as August has been the peak month for travellers and you have agreed which make us at ease yet, to be honest, we are uncomfortable as we did not do this to our guest since then and just to accommodate your need for a stay so we make things possible. We are very much grateful as you are our regular guest and this is a missed opportunity to have served you best. Extra linens request was at the wee hours not upon check-in and caretaker was already resting reason, why we were not able to provide it right away; if the request has been done prior to your arrival surely you will have one.

Great short stay
Great place to stay in. Great internet connection, have no problems at all. The condo is always clean and we felt really safe to be in and out of our room. Loved the pool. Staff were friendly. Very convenient for us as it has 24/7 store where we can buy stuff we needed in the middle of the night. Thumbs up to our lovely host, Ms.Yen.

It was like an apartment, with all the amenities of home. Nicely decorated, clean, close to mall (SM), and beautiful pool, clubhouses, basketball courts etc. Beautiful property, highly recommended, and will return.

ＳＭ徒歩圏内で買い物には不自由しない、又同じ建物に、コンビニエンスストア・コーヒーショップ・ランドリーショップがあるので非常に便利。 プールはあるが少し汚れている。又プールサイドでのアルコール飲食は禁止。 部屋にテレビはあるがローカルテレビは映らないのが残念。 部屋の管理者は非常にマッサージが上手です、利用価値大。
