Heywood offers nearby access to the South West Coast Path. So, simply step out your front door to explore South Devon’s beautiful coastline. Take a short walk to Dartmouth Castle and Sugary Cove, or take the ferry across to Kingswear to visit The Daymark and experience the beautiful views.

Why not step away from the shore and take up one of the many boat rides which can be caught from the waterfront, with sights to see including historical Greenway Holt, the home of Agatha Christie and a selection of nautical wildlife too, from seals to sea birds.

Step inside and ascend to the first floor, where a bright double bedroom and a cosy twin room provide restful retreats after a day of coastal adventures. A sleek, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower completes this level, offering convenience and comfort.

The heart of the home lies on the second floor — an open-plan living space flooded with natural light and offering spectacular views over the River Dart. Here, two plush sofas beckon for relaxed mornings or movie nights, while a round dining table provides the perfect setting for mealtimes. The fully equipped kitchen includes charming farmhouse-style crockery and everything you need to prepare a Devonshire feast.

Parking:
The property has no parking on site; however, you can pull up to unload in front of the property. We offer the use of a local parking permit that allows free parking in the main central car park, located just a five minute walk from the apartment.

Rental Conditions:
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Children:
We operate a minimum age policy for younger guests of 12 years old.

Mobility:
Given the apartment is split over three floors we would advise it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
