„Nice little place to get away for a few days. Close enough to downtown Russellville that we got to enjoy some great restaurants and local shops. The place was extremely clean, and the updates inside made it a nice fit for our family of six plus two dogs. We had a great time! “

„The house was very large and spacious. Perfect for a large group! There were several gathering areas - 2 couch seating areas, a large kitchen table, and a couple of outdoor seating areas. The bedrooms were large with several sleeping options. Everything was super clean and plenty of linens available. Our pup loved the huge fenced yard!! „We chose this house for the proximity to Mt. Magazine State Park, and after our day hikes, we got to see every bit of fireworks that went off in the valley below. This house has an incredible view from its hilltop! We cooked all our meals during our stay, so it was really nice to have the grill outside. It was the perfect spot for our low-key 4th of July family get together with my husband's mom and dad. :)“

„Cozy home tucked back just off hi way 154 with a great coffee shop less than a minute up the road. Plenty of space and amenities for a great stay. Host were very friendly and made sure everything we needed was here for a pleasant stay. Petit Jean state park is less than a mile away with beautiful sites to explore just minutes from the property. “

„Our family stayed at this property last year. 3 if my siblings, their spouses, myself, my husband and our 97 year old father stayed. We hosted the reunion on Saturday. 3 cousins, spouses, some of our children were there during the day on Friday and Saturday. There were 24 total in the house, plenty of room and the huge kitchen made it easy to take care of meals. Wonderful experience. FYI our cousins came in from Georgia and Conway.“

„Beautiful home in a quite relaxing area, that's the first impression. We appreciated having two showers, two bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. However maintenence and cleaningness could use some improvements: one chair back was broken, some stones of the bigger shower where loose - covered with a bath mat, fluff filter from the dryer was full, detergent compartment had some mold traces, expired and open food leftovers in the fridge and refrigerator. „We had a great stay at the lake house. We visited Petit Jean state park while staying there. It was an easy 30 minute drive. The zip line was fun for all of us. The sunset views from the living room and deck were beautiful. The house is very well stocked. The beds were comfy and the dock at the lake is very nice. My son enjoyed fishing so much that we never had time to go kayaking! We would definitely stay here again.“
