We don't play any music.If you had a noisy neighbor, you could have called the front desk and we would have sent security to get their TV or music lowered.

Glad you enjoyed the breakfast.Thanks for appreciating the cleanliness.We have two blankets in each room, in wardrobe.More available and only a phone call away.No one else has reported any issues with hot water.I checked multiple rooms before replying to this message. Absolutely no issue with hot water in any room only any floor, in any wing.

Alexzandra, at least you kept your promising of giving us a really bad review, if we don't send our shuttle to pick you up from the area of the airport that hotel shuttles are prohibited to go.Both drivers, front desk person and the manager, all 4 of us explained you that you have to go to the courtesy pickup area and the van is waiting for you, but you insisted that we must go up and pick you up from upstairs whether vans are allowed or not...Even after repeatedly telling you that hotel vans are not allowed at that level, you would not take the elevator down to the lower level.We sent you second shuttle to pick you up.You still refused to come down to the lower level.Finally, you took the elevator, and we picked you up.You promised to give us the worst possible review and you did it.Even with your bad review threat, we are not willing to break the rules of DFW Airport and take our vans to the area that is prohibited to hotel courtesy shuttles.

Glad you enjoyed the breakfast.We regularly do Pest Control and that kills any bugs that try to enter the hotel.Sorry, that you saw the dead cockroach, but that means pest control is doing its job.0 generally works for the front desk, just checked on multiple phones and it worked. Will check more rooms, but I didn't face any issues from the phones that I tried.

Something must have gone wrong for you write such a bad review.It will be helpful to know what exactly happened, if something is really wrong, we would love to fix it, but until you point to it, there isn't much we can do.

Glad you liked the lobby, indoor pool and hot tub.Even more glad that you liked the hotel room.Will check why phone message light was on, we simply need to delete the message, so the light goes away.Not sure which trash you are referring to.Metal collectors sometimes visit this area to pick metal for recycling and they drive trucks full of trash.May be that's what you saw.

Shower faucet has a portion to lift, that's when water switches from faucet to Shower.Sign on the breakfast remind not to take complimentary buffet items to the room, as we have been finding a lot of bacon, sausage, muffins, donuts, and other breakfast items being taken to the rooms and left there.
