Welcome to Villa Canyon—your stylish retreat in Allen, TX! This spacious 4BR, 2.5BA home features modern decor, two cozy living areas, a fun game room, and a peaceful patio. The primary suite offers a king bed downstairs, with comfy guest rooms and a playful kids’ room upstairs. With a fully stocked kitchen, sofa bed, and a dedicated workspace, it’s the perfect spot for families, friends, or remote work getaways!

Entire space is available for guest access, except the garage.
Driveway fits multiple cars and street parking is also available

This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat is thoughtfully designed with modern touches, cozy charm, and everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay—perfect for families, friends, or business travelers.

Step inside and feel instantly at ease. The open-concept main floor features two inviting living areas, ideal for gathering, lounging, or movie nights on the smart TVs. The secondary living space includes a comfortable sofa bed for extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, while the adjacent dining area sets the scene for shared laughs and connection.

The tranquil primary suite is conveniently located downstairs and features a plush king bed and a private ensuite bath—your own peaceful retreat. Upstairs, you’ll find three more bedrooms: two with queen beds and one designed with kids in mind, featuring a twin bed, a twin bunk bed, and a selection of toys. One of the queen bedrooms also includes a dedicated desk, making Villa Canyon ideal for remote workers or students needing a quiet place to focus.

The fun continues in the game room, where you can enjoy a round of ping pong, foosball, or dive into board games for a cozy night in. And when it's time to unwind, head out to the backyard patio with comfy seating—perfect for morning coffee or evening wind-downs under the Texas sky.

*NO SMOKING anywhere on the property since the smoke carries inside the house and to our neighbors. No marijuana, cigars, cigarettes, nor vaping allowed. An additional fee will be charged if the smell of marijuana or cigarette is detected.
*There is one operational security camera located at the front door, in the form of a Ring doorbell which records both visually and audibly. There is also a security camera facing the driveway & street and is actively recording 24/7 during your stay. We take your safety as well as your privacy very seriously.
