Mid size suites in a new hotel in a developing are
Mid size suites in a new hotel in a developing area (construction sites next to the hotel). Easy to reach from 121, no sidewalks or infrastructure (bars, restaurants) to walk to. Good choice of restaurants in near driving distance. Good for business stay in that area.

The front desk staff was wonderful- she even remembered and asked about our daughter as she was having n the area of some bad weather. We will stay here again when staying on that side of town.

This hotel is very well maintained, and run with a good staff. I was pleased also with the speed of the internet, which allowed me to use my VPN for work. Many hotels' wifi networks are too slow for this. I recommend this hotel.

Came on from a 5 hour drive for business went to take a shower the water was cold. Not only that the rooms are very out dated it smelled like an old ladies closet. There are better rooms in the area for the price also the pool was CLOSED

Upon entering, a man was sitting directly in front of the Hotel front desk. I guess he worked there, or the staff knew him. As I was being checked in, he continued sitting. The Man, at the desk didn't ask him to move, so we slid everything diagonally. I was also asked, for my credit card, if I charged incidentals. I sent a dress shirt out to be cleaned and pressed. The cost was 11.00 however, they kept the whole 25.00. I won't be going back.

Convenient accommodation for a couple of people in a room. Good location, many restaurants nearby. Clean room, there is a swimming pool. The bathroom is large and has all the necessary amenities. The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you need. The only negative is the sofa in terrible condition in the living room. Absolutely the sofa cannot be used for sleeping! Very poor breakfast!

Do not stay here!!!!
We were overcharged; put in a room we were not booked for-booked a king but put in a room with two doubles-charged same amount. I’m sure our room was given to someone else because we arrived later in evening. Person at desk said rooms were being renovated but there might be one available on Saturday. Maybe someone was checking out? I told her Nevermind-once we unpacked and were running around on Saturday we were not going to come back and change rooms. Room had sticky floor in kitchen, remote not working in bedroom broken/loose kitchen faucet. It was a mess. Front desk clerk basically lied and charged me $100 over what I should have been charged for this room. Her compensation? I could have a snack and a drink. I chose not to partake.

I booked a room with a king bed as confirmed by Expedia. When I checked in, they gave me a room wit two regular beds. The desk clerk claimed that their record showed a reservation for two beds despite my Expedia confirmation.

Great location and the hotel is newer. The staff isn't the just friendly. Ice machines weren't working. Right before we checked out, a man from housekeeping walked into the room without knocking.

Premises are very clean and confortable. locations is very convenient. however, i left an electric toothbrush when checking out. I called twice to try to get it back and never got a response back. At least I was expecting a call back to let me now that it had not been found.

This was our third stay at this property. The location has excellent freeway access and is near the Legacy shops and town center. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff really cared, so customer service was above average. The room was horrible, overpowering cleaning products. I asked to change rooms and the staff person who assisted me agreed that the cleaning products smell was headache inducing. I wouldn’t consider staying at the Staybridge again and don’t recommend it unless you are highly tolerant of overpowering smells and noisy rooms.
