Luxury private boutique space located in the Galleria Mall area. BOOKING IS AVAILABLE FOR DAY STAY ONLY. NO OVERNIGHT STAYS. Suitable for small intimate events, pop up shops and more! Capacity is 40 people.
Break room includes:
small refrigerator/microwave for beverages and finger food items
Restroom includes
Toliet/sink

Guests will be given access to space by host. Keys will not be given to guest (guest must remain on property at all times at arrival and host will lock and secure property at guest departure.)

ALL BOOKINGS INCLUDE YOUR SETUP AND TAKE-DOWN TIMES (please plan accordingly)

CLEANING / DAMAGES
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests clean up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in along with any trash. A walk through is required before and after all bookings

No nails, screws, staples should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.

FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. We require you have rubber or felt bottoms on legs of furniture to avoid damage to flooring.

FOOD/DRINK
Outside catering, food and drinks are allowed

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
The use or involvement of illegal substances is prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation.

MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed
No glitter or confetti to be used
No large open flames or cooking that will create smoke our space is not ventilated.
Space is monitored 24/7 by CCTV
Host not responsible for any injuries occurred on premises
You hold host harmless in contraction of COVID-19
