★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★
We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.
You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.
If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

Please be informed that our private dock is situated to the left upon exiting from the back door. We kindly request that you exclusively utilize our dock and refrain from trespassing onto our neighbors' property or dock. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 6+ GUESTS ★
Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.
★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★
Our outdoor fireplace is wood burning. For safety reasons we do not provide wood and we ask our guests to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. Our indoor fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.

No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 3 cars in the driveway.
★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★
Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
