Solides und gut ausgestattes Hotel mit kl. Ecken
Geschäftlich und privat in Dallas im Hyatt House Uptown. Ich war ohne Auto unterwegs, das Hotel bietet ein halbstündigen Shuttle-Service nach Downtown/Historical District an und auch die Victory Station (TRE, Green und Orange Line mit Anschluss an DFW und Love Field in weniger als einer Stunde) ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch das American Airlines Center ist nur 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Offenbar wird dieses Hotel auch oft von Gästen der Stars oder Mavericks genutzt. Ansonsten sehr freundliches Personal sowohl an Rezeption als auch an der Bar. Auf Grund eines späten Fluges wurde mir auf Nachfrage kostenfrei ein Checkout bis 14:00 Uhr angeboten. Zimmerdamen sprechen nur spanisch. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und funktional eingerichtet. Durch die Miniküche mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine ist es eher ein Appart´ment als ein Zimmer. Die Möbel und die Badezimmereinrichtugn war teilweise schon recht abgewohnt und hatte die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Baden mmöchte man in einer Badewanne mit optischen Mängeln nicht. Eine Klobürste habe ich während meines Aufenthaltes leider nicht auffinden können. Sauber war das Zimmer, im Bad waren noch Haarrückstände und auch ein sauberes Handtuch hatte ein großes Haarbüschel in sich. Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut... Wenn Sie doch nur eine Sorte Käse und Wurst dazulegen könnten ;-) Pool und Fitness habe ich nicht genutzt oder angeschaut. WLAN hat super mit 2 Endgeräten funktioniert.

Super Hotel, ca. 20 min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt (Museum JFK etc.). Um die Ecke liegt das American Airlines Center. Perfekt wenn man mal die Mavs und Dirk Nowitzki sehen möchte!!!

Hyatt House Dallas - Gutes Hotel
Das Hotel liegt super in der Nähe des American Airlines Centers. Die Zimmer sind groß, haben sogar eine Küche und sind dazu sehr bequem. Da Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend !

Das Hyatt Summerfieldhotel liegt zwischen downtown und uptown Dallas
Fußläufig ist die Crescent - Shoppingmall zu erreichen und viele gute Restaurants.Die Zimmer waren sehr gut eingerichtet, von einem guten Zuschnitt und sehr sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lediglich die Angabe des kostenlosen Parkens in der Tiefgarage war nicht korrekt, allerdings mit 6 Dollar pro Tag ausgesprochen preiswert für die Verhältnisse in Dallas. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber auch in Ordnung. Wir werden dort wieder übernachten.

En general bien , solo el tema de la limpieza si estuvo deficiente , solo nos limpiaron y tendieron la cama un día , íbamos con otros amigos y a ellos si les limpiaban diario, pero en general todo estaba muy limpio , solo ese detalle En cuanto al hotel en general , tiene algunos detalles que se deberían de actualizar, ya que dentro de la habitación hay muebles deteriorados lo cual me hace pensar que es un poco viejo , pero siempre limpio

Although it is obvious the building is much older. It seems like renovations have been made to make the appearance of the rooms better. It's a very convenient location if you want to be in center of downtown Dallas and close to all the main attractions for the price we paid. My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary stay. Breakfast was pretty good compared to other hotels we have visited in downtown and the receptionist that checked us in made it very easy and effortlessly. We would definitely come back again for a weekend getaway.

This place smelt very bad. They apparently allow people to smoke cigarettes in their units and it floods the hallway with a foul smell. The carpet was torn up in several areas and looks like their elevator was falling apart.

The property sits across the street from the projects.. it’s right on a very busy Boulevard.. it was clean carpets need to be replaced. Staff was friendly but I had to ask for pots to cook even tho all round have a kitchen.

It was a nice comfortable room! Very clean and loved that we were able to walk to the stadium for the basketball game. About a 8 minute walk and very convenient. Would definitely stay there again our next trip to Dallas! Breakfast was decent. Staff were super polite & helpful.

Parking garage wasn’t over crowded. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Felt safe that you had to use your room key to get in after a certain hour. Walking distance to venue and bars. Great location.
