This refined home is nearby to some of the largest corporations in the World to the North neighboring city of Dallas in Plano, Texas. Many cultural and Sporting events are here like the Cowboys, Rangers, Stars, Mavericks, and Dallas Symphony.
**We regret to inform you that, due to recent maintenance work, the jacuzzi on our property is temporarily unavailable until further notice. Additionally, the swimming pool water level is currently 18 inches lower than usual. Rest assured, our team is diligently working to address these issues and we are committed to resolving them at the earliest opportunity.**

Not so elegant retreat.
Detailed check-in information was provided and extremely helpful to ensure the arrival process was smooth. Unfortunately upon arrival, the property was rather dirty and not as "elegant" as advertised. The fridge and microwave were filthy, there were crumbs all over the kitchen floor, large dust balls in the master suite, a 2x2 foot unidentified wet spot in the main living space, etc. We also noticed that a hose was not appropriately connected to the hot water heater, concerning for carbon monoxide exposure. We reached out to the property manager immediately. He was responsive and was able to have maintenance come right away to correct the water heater. However due to the Thanksgiving holiday, they were unable to have a cleaning crew re-service the home, therefore they offered to reimburse the cleaning fee previously charged. We are still waiting for this reimbursement....With improved cleaning service, reevaluation of daily charges (VERY high) and a bit more TLC to the upstairs, this home has potential to be a great stay going forward.

Great house for corporate retreat
This was an amazing house for a corporate team building event. A few things I wish we would have had instructions for Wi-Fi, pool towels, and the hot tub did not work. We loved the poker room and pool table nicely done and the pool gave us lots to do. We bought k cups but there was no Keurig we ended up at Starbucks. Everything was convenient to the house. Overall we loved our stay I would just tell the home owner to tweak a few things.
