The staff was helpful and understanding with everything going on with the Coronavirus. The beds in the Executive suite were so great! The hotel is older, but they are beginning renovations so I anticipate the next time we stay to have even more to look forward to.

Age is showing on this hotel. Phone in room broken had to call for room service from my cell. Toilet paper holder moved over and holes showing where it used to be.

The hallways and elevators had a heavy and near over peering moldy and musty smell... to the point where you had to try to hold your breath to get to your room. People with allergies need to avoid all together.

I did not know upon booking that they charge $18.00 a night for parking a car. We stayed over the 24th and 25th of December and the parking lot was almost empty. Also, if you were planning on having a guest have breakfast with you they will charge them $13.00 for them to park their car!!!! We will not stay there again.

Not as nice as it used to be.
We wondered if this hotel saves its worst rooms for Hotel.com customers. The room looked as if it had not been vacuumed in a while. Bits of paper and crumbs were scattered about especially around the night table by the bed. There was a clump of string in the carpet as we walked into the room. This made us question the rest of the room. We had driven from Odessa, Texas that day for a medical procedure the next morning, so we were tired and just wanted to get something to eat and drink and go to bed to get some rest. We went down to the restaurant, which was closed, and had to order from the bar. There were at least 30 people there and one waitress running about, so service was slow. We left a nice tip simple because it was not her fault that she had no help. The male bar tender was not much help and pretty much stayed behind the bar. We won't stay there again. There are way too many choices in the area to have to settle. It's proximity to the surgical center was our deciding factor when choosing, but we can plan to stay a few more miles away for future visits. I was really disappointed.

The room was generally "acceptable". I was not made aware that parking was only available at the hotel parking lot which was extraordinarily expensive. I purchased a bloody mary that was undrinkable. Cannot recommend this house to future travelers.

Pleasant hotel.
The hotel staff was really nice. The breakfast daily was good and the staff there are very attentive. The bed was not the most comfortable but overall the hotel was very nice.

The hotel has charm and the staff was nice. The air conditioner was loud and the guest walking down the hall sounded like they were in the room with us. The shower wouldn’t stay on nor would the stopper work to take a bath. Bathroom needs a lot of work. They did waive our $20 parking fee after I ask if they would compensate for not being able to get a shower, but was not happy about it.
