Room had a decent size and was comfortable and clean.
Reception personnel was friendly but rather incompetent:
Instead of calling a taxi to airport DFW as requested at check-out they called apparently an uber-style company or even private driver. They also got a provision for calling them, as the driver said. I dont mind that, as long as the provided service is equivalent to official taxi service, especially when asking for a taxi to the airport.
Here the driver only showed up after 25mins, at the end he tried for minutes to create a receipt in an app or something. Although leaving without receipt at some point, I still missed latest check-in of my flight by few minutes.
Also, the deposit charged to my cc at checkin was not cancelled at check-out, although I explicitely asked about deposit on cc at check-out (room was paid online at time of booking).
Although room was fine, reception failed at very basic tasks where one needs to be able to trust that they know what they do. Dont rely on reception when staying there!
