The pictures do not do this place justice, it is much more beautiful and so peaceful!! We do plan to go back and stay again, when we can stay longer. The house was very clean and had all of the essentials you need. I could have sat on the screened porch all day!

The most relaxing mini vacation by far!! We enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the creek and visiting the water fall. Outdoor furniture was also a plus, We sat outside until after the sun had gone down every day. Enjoyed the beautiful land surrounding the property, enjoyed listening to the birds, squirrels. One night we had lightning bugs to watch.This is a well stocked kitchen, as we enjoy breakfast every day. Location is easy to reach town for supplies. The house is very comfortable and we also enjoyed the screened in back porch.Look forward to securing this property in the future.

The home inside is beautiful, clean and spacious. Loved playing air hockey. The house is in a perfect location at the end of the road. The property is beautiful to walk and having the falls just steps away is makes it all the more special. I also enjoyed seeing the different quirky frogs decorated around the falls. Everyday we spotted deer roaming the area or at the creek. This would be the perfect place for a family get together. Definitely on our return list.

Such a peaceful place

We had such a great stay with the family and 2 fur babies. Creekside was a wonderful place. The house itself was very clean. It was stocked with all we needed. There is plenty of room inside and outside on the screen porch. Outdoors is where the property is a homerun. It is a park like setting with different areas to hang out next to the 700 feet of creek frontage. We took the cornhole set that is provided down next to the creek and played. The waterfall is the crown jewel. It is very private with not a neighbor insite. Our dogs had such a good time being free to explore. All this and downtown Dahlonega is less than 10 minutes away for all your shopping and dining out needs. We ended up adding an extra day! Joe, our host, was great from start to finish and we look forward to coming back to his beautiful, peaceful place!

Amazing Property

The property is absolutely amazing! The creek is easy to access, and the house is both cozy and spacious. There are games, air hockey, and foosball, which were a lot of fun. The screened-in back patio is large, with plenty of seating—perfect for relaxing. My mom, who is handicapped, had a wonderful time here. The house is very accessible, with a handicap ramp, a walk-in shower with grab bars, and grab bars by the toilet. She could move through the house with ease. The fact that it’s a single-story home made it even better for her. The host was incredibly accommodating, and checking in and out was a very easy. The property is close to Dahlonega’s historic area and everything we needed. We also loved walking to the nearby waterfall on property—it was absolutely beautiful! I will definitely stay here again.

A TRUE GEM

This amazing property was everything they said it was. The property was so nice and peaceful. My grandsons loved the creek and land to explore on. We even got to see some deer. My daughter was able to drive her ECV chair to see the creek. The owner had the home very well stocked with everything you would need. They even had, coffee, popcorn, snacks, soap, paper products and more. He was very responsive to all of my questions. I wish it wasn’t so far for us or we would already be booking another stay.

The Creek Runs thru It!!!

This was our second time staying and we will be back again. Love this property and just the beauty of the waterfall and creek that runs through it. The house is very comfortable and fully stocked. Close enough to the City. It's become our Happy Place.

Beautiful escape

Unfortunately, this visit was for a family emergency but the host was incredibly kind. The home and yard was the perfect respite and what our family needed to get through the week. We were able to spend the day at the hospital and then come back to the home and sit outside and disconnect. The games provided gave us the opportunity to get some laughs in with my children that were worried about their grandpa. We are already looking at dates for the summer so we can come back and enjoy the property some more. I could have spent the entire time sitting out by the water. We even saw deer running through the yard in the morning when we were sitting out there. And the most comfortable beds and pillows!!!

Relaxing Stay at a Gorgeous Property

I can't say enough about this stunning property. It is on an expansive parcel shaded under giant white oaks, with a beautiful creek running through it, plus a beautiful waterfall to top it all off. Be sure to check out some of the nearby wineries. We wish we could stay all summer.

The property was amazing!

The owners take great pride in making sure the house is clean. When I say clean, it was cleaner than I anything I have rented before. The bed was comfortable. We saw a herd of deer (over 12) which was a great experience. The creek was relaxing and the waterfall was beautiful! I will definitely be back. Rent from this owner, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for the snacks and water!

Moving our Army Ranger Son to Camp Merrill

First of all the property is absolutely gorgeous and the pics and description in the Vrbo app was right on! My wife and I were helping our son and his wife and three young daughters move to Dahlonega from NE Texas as my son has been assigned as a Ranger Instructor. He had to report on Jan 10th and their house (to make a long story short) wasn’t ready for them to move into until Jan 18th, so my wife and I secured this property until they could move in. The Property Manager Joe was very responsive, we had to extend their stay twice and Joe was very accommodating snd a pleasure to work with! We would definitely consider visiting this property and any property Joe manages! Thanks again Joe for everything you did!!

Christmas Break

Our stay at Creekside Falls was such a pleasant experience. The quiet, peacefulness, cleanliness, comfort, and welcoming amenities made us truly enjoy our days there. We would most definitely recommend this for individuals and families. I don’t think you could find any place you would enjoy more. The location is superb. The host was easy to communicate with and very prompt in responding to questions.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

Roomy 3 bedroom house sitting on quiet secluded property adjacent to lovely waterfall and creek. This property is a short drive to the town of Helen, which was the reason for our visit. Also close to many state parks with hiking trails to more waterfalls. In the evenings we enjoyed the air hockey and fooseball tables in the house. The owner also provides playing cards and board games to occupy the bad weather days. Overall an excellent choice when visiting northern Georgia.

Highly recommend

House was perfect for our stay. So much room! Very clean and not cluttered. The hosts went above and beyond with snacks in the kitchen and waters by the bed. Host was very responsive and easy to deal with. We really enjoyed 3 sisters winery and big creek distillery. The waterfall is so pretty and visable from the front porch. Loved! Hope to visit again.

We had such an amazing stay here. The location was great, the house was so clean and had everything we needed, and the beds were so comfortable! It is a beautiful setting. Very relaxing with the creek and little waterfall running through the property. So nice to have the fire pit and seating areas outside. The house had everything we needed and more! The grandchildren enjoyed the toys and books. I thought my grandson was going to wear out the air hockey! Even played chess with my son on the beautiful porch. The house was very clean. We were provided with very clear instructions and helpful information regarding the house and property. Also lots of information about things to do in the area.

Beautiful Retreat

The property was easy to find and it was clean. Having an accessible bathroom was a nice surprise and very convenient. The views of the creek and waterfall are amazing and relaxing. There are plenty of chairs nearby to sit and take it all in. The screened in back porch was a great place to sit and enjoy the cool mornings and to sit and play cards. Very close and convenient to a variety of places to visit and restaurants. A great weekend spent with my family. The dogs loved it too. I would definitely recommend Creekside Falls. One of the best properties I have rented through VRBO.
